H.A.A.R.P. Rings Appearing At This Moment!!!

http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/   I checked our Doppler Radar on channel 11.3 WHAS a local television weather station channel in nearby Louisville, Kentucky. Something big must be getting ready to start concerning the weather and/or earthquakes in this area. So far I have counted 11 (ELEVEN) H.A.A.R.P. Rings that has showed up on Radar. They are over or near the cities of Louisville, Kentucky, St. Louis, Missouri, Springfield, Illinois, Paducah, Kentucky, Russellville, Kentucky, Springfield, Tennessee, Nashville, Tennessee, Cincinnatti, Ohio, Indianapolis, Indiana & Knoxville, Tennessee & the Kentucky/Virginia border east of London, Kentucky. There need not be a H,A.A,R,P, facility in these areas for H.A.A.R.P. to use it as a destructive force, We all know that this area is where there is the most dangerous fault line in the United States called the New Madrid Fault. This fault line goes along the Mississippi & Ohio River Valley Basins. With the cities of New Orleans, Memphis, Saint Louis, Louisville, States of Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and other nearby cities & States. This area is long overdue a vast earthquake in this region. With the Gulf Oil Spill weakening the plates we are setting on, it would not take much for the Government using H.A.A.R.P. to cause the most major False Flag in America's history. We all know what is coming & we can't stop it. So please prepare for it when the S.H.T.F.(fan?) These H.A.A.R.P. Rings that I have been watching for the last hour have popped up on the Doppler Radar screen one & two at a time. It was like someone just flicked on a light switch and they appeared. Mind you nothing may happen & this may just be a test they are doing. But, the real one big False Flag is coming. I checked 1 last time before I sent this out and the Rings are gathering into one big mast over the area of the Mississippi & Ohio Rivers conjunctions. 1 more H.A.A.R.P. Ring has just appeared over Evansville, Indiana making it 12 Rings in this area.. I have never seen so many in one area show up at one time like this.
