Tomorrow I'm filing a Freedom of Information Act request with the IRS. I want to know if they obtained my medical records. Years ago, I put my health care providers on written notice: My records were NOT to be turned over to any government agency or submitted for any government data base under "Obamacare". All responded, including TriCare, they would not release my records.
