WRITE YOUR SENATORS AND SET FORTH IDEAS!

My Letter To Senator Dean Heller:

At this time President Obama is utilizing our tax dollars in order to gain the favors of those that choose to live off the state. Welfare, Food Stamps, Free Cell Phones, Grants for no reason other than to gain votes for the Democrats are common-place.

When anyone speaks out against those practices the words, "don't you care about those that are unfortunate? The downtrodden? The needy that are hungry?" The protestations are numerous and designed to make any that protest to be seen as 'cold-hearted' and lacking of empathy for others.

Why not set forth a Bill that restricts the amounts of money that can be spent on such programs? Just as every American family that donates money or time to charities a limit is placed on the money given or the time spent. If Congress were to limit the expenditures of welfare and such programs to a percentage of the Federal Budget they would be favored as appearing 'cost conscious.'

I am a Christian Pastor and know what it is like to be in need. I have experienced hunger and needs beyond my ability to meet yet I survived and continued on. I see all too many living off the 'state' and altering their life-style so as to live within the limits imposed upon them.

Sir, THAT IS DAMNING!

Any member of Congress that would stand against the imposition of a limit of spending should be asked, "What are YOU spending, personally, to alleviate the problems of those you claim as needy?" And, "Why should you give the money of taxpayers away to anyone perfectly capable of producing?"

Democrats laugh as they use taxpayer money to purchase their seats in Government.

Get tough and face them down! Stand for the majority that lives within their means while not taking from the state! (Government!)

A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot
exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will
continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that
they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.
From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates
who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the
result that: every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal
policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship!

    2. The sin of the welfare state lies in the pulpits of America. The Bible states we are to take care of the widows and orphans... not the government. When the churches abdicated that responsibility they sinned and by letting the government do it it became a crutch for the lazy and for those who do not want to darken the doorway of a church of any denomination. Shame on the Pastors who allowed this to happen in days gone by. Our pastors need now to awaken their people to the responsibility ahead and take it back....if we can!
