First, let us say that this is a SPECIAL one-topic edition. That's how important Ms. West's column is.
In our view, she can point her finger at the sell-out, lefty/rino, media shills, including Sean "Chameleon" Hannity" for his not vetting the issue in all the years that his former viewers, including us, pleaded with him to do so, and even for his response in Diana's column below. Guess he had "too much to lose"?
Let's try to help out Diana (who is terrific). She says that Mr. Obama's father was born in Kenya.
Well, how can someone know that?...when the very document cited that identifies this "alleged" father is, as she feels, a "forgery" (as also do law enforcement and forensic experts). Then, she accurately adds, "So, too, has the Israel Science and Technology website, a national database and directory of science- and technology-related sites in Israel established by Benjamin Netanyahu’s former science adviser, molecular biologist Israel Hanukoglu, Ph.D."
Again then, how can anyone know? How do we know? Simple...we don't. There is no valid, rightly-certified document (the 2008 "CoLB" is invalid...says so at its very bottom. Or can someone show us where its required certification number is shown?)
Diana then says that in her view Mr. Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to be president.
That then brings us all to the front side of the same issue.....Under what functional, perceived definition of "natural born citizen" is a person "eligible" for "President of the United States"?
For sure, we all have our opinions, and we feel fairly comfortable with ours. Still, that solves nothing and leaves BOTH issues wide open......
A) There is no agreed-upon definition of "NBC" (even by Congress...as reader-participants in our "NBC" Pilot Poll are finding out in contacting their Congressmembers and others, including certain Constitution Law "experts" and professors, who virtually all duck, dodge and can't run away fast enough. We guess they have little strength in their professional "expertise").
For this alone, we don't know who qualifies...Mr. Obama, Senator Cruz, Senator Rubio, etc...and then, in Mr. Obama's instance there is Part B.
B) There is no valid, rightly-certified as such "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate" shown (the 4-25-11 "electronic image", as Diana rightly cites it, is not certified even remotely close to what it's claimed to be. Plus, there is a glaring typo in its "certification" which is apparently not on any other one). AND,
C) Unfortunately, one cannot go by what anyone "says" about their own birth, as they did not witness it or their own conception, including Mr. Obama. (A video recording here might have helped).
Notice how we civilians had no need to go to "forgery"? And there is that conclusion by others/experts.
So, there is NO "NBC" definition and nothing to which "proof" can be applied.
Still, there is ONE simple solution for Part B...which is...That Mr. Obama provide HIS OWN (reportedly sealed and vaulted at $5 million taxpayer expense) "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate", which would clearly help our country heal and move on to other issues of perhaps equal importance (as none can likely surpass it).
This would be the same document that is required (for fairness, insurance, etc.) to play Little League Baseball, Pop Warner football and any other such organized activity. So it really should be no big deal.
Backing up, simultaneously, each and every member of Congress should be required to provide their own functional, perceived definition of "natural born citizen".
While many will disagree, this is how Senator Crapo so kindly and responsively defined it to Constituent Dale Alumbaugh, a leading participant in our "NBC" Pilot Poll: SENATOR CRAPO'S LETTER OR HERE: http://www.scribd.com/doc/130496138 Since "required" doesn't always work...There should be a massive, ongoing effort nationwide by Constituents repeatedly requesting it of their Congressmembers...until a clear, functional and brief definition is provided.

Some of you must be thinking, "Why do you ignore the Supreme Court?" Well, it is not being ignored. SCOTUS has clearly shown its tendency to ignore all such cases. It is the one doing the ignoring.
And, on the legal front, here is the link to PPSIMMONS' Carl Gallups' full interview of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Lead Investigator Mike Zullo,which just aired. In it, Mike Zullo said that they have unquestionable evidence that the released image is "a 100% forgery"...and that the work that they have done "has been verified". Get ready for the last straw.
First, though, I’d like to suggest that anyone reading this column in a local newspaper or news site pat the editor on the back for publishing what in our neo-medieval world of fear amounts to a “forbidden” column.
Yup, I am about to say something about the Great Barack Obama Identity/Eligibility Scandal again. I know that this is one rich and urgent topic that doesn’t see the light of day in certain so-called news outlets – and I say that from the experience of watching my own syndicated columns fail to appear when covering news of the White House press conference where the president’s long-form birth certificate was unveiled, news of courtroom proceedings in various states on Obama’s ballot eligibility and news of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigators presenting evidence that the online Obama birth certificate is a forgery.
So be it. This was, as noted, the last straw. LINK.
