NEVADA - URGE A NO VOTE IN SB 303

Ask Nevada State Senators to Oppose Driving Privilege Cards for Illegal Aliens
SB 303, a bill that would give illegal aliens access to special driving privilege cards, may soon be considered in the Nevada Senate's Transportation Committee. It's unlikely that the bill can be defeated in the Senate since 14 of the 21 members of that chamber are bill co-sponsors, including Democratic Majority Leader Mo Denis and Republican Minority Leader Michael Roberson. Still, we need to fight the bill every step of the way. We do not want U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to learn that a bill benefiting illegal aliens passed in his state without a fight!
Please use the instructions below to contact the Transportation Committee, top Senate leaders, and your State Senator.
Contacting Bill Co-Sponsors on the Transportation Committee
Please call and email the listed co-sponsors using the message below. If you are a constituent, it is critical that you mention it.

"You made a mistake in co-sponsoring SB 303, the bill that gives driving privilege cards to illegal immigrants. You are playing politics with the safety and well being of Nevadans and need to drop this wrongheaded bill."
Additional Talking Points
Adding inexperienced drivers to the roads will worsen, not improve public safety. And SB 303 will encourage fraudulent applications from across the nation and attract more illegal immigrants to Nevada.

Unemployment now stands at 9.7 percent in Nevada. Since having driving privileges makes it easier for illegal immigrants to hold jobs, SB 303 will hurt our most vulnerable citizens - those with less education and fewer skills. Don't forget their rates of unemployment are higher.

Please talk to Republican Senators Roberson, Hammond and Hutchison about dropping their support for SB 303. It will hurt, not help the re-election prospects of any Republican who supports the bill.

  1. We need to get all of these people out of office. Including the Governor. They are taking us down a road that is only desirable to people that think the Government is here to take care of them. It is clearly a bribe to enlarge the Democratic Party's voter base. Very bad idea !! Look at what happened to New Mexico because of this type of law. Over run by Illegals and now they can't even find many of the people that received the cards. Wake up America !
