NEVADA - HENDERSON WARD 3 NEEDS BRUCE CUTLERL

Bruce Cutler has been a resident of Henderson, NV.  since 1991.   He is originally from Bridgeport, CT.  He has been active with the Inner City Games and the City of Henderson Parks and Rec in the past.  He was also on the Whitney Ranch Homeowners Association as Treasurer for 7 years.  He was chairperson of the Beautification Committee for Whitney Ranch HOA when it was necessary to cut the budget and enhance the community, with the help of the City and SNWA.   Mr. Cutler ran for City Council 4 years ago and at that time he was retired.  He has willingly decided that he wants to work for Henderson and the people of Henderson.
He has 4 children.
Two reside in Henderson and two his other 2 children are back East.  He previously worked in Insurance Sales.  He is presently working at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts as a Delivery Specialist.
He is a “grass roots” man.
He has a common sense approach to matters at hand.  He likes to do his homework before a decision is made.
Henderson is a great place to live and work he wants to do his part to keep it that way.

Some of Bruce's viewpoints are as follows:

  • Union Village would be great for all concerned.  We need to get into place another hospital or like facility since St. Rose has backed out of the project.
  • The Milam mess…is just that.  Hopefully, the exit deal with the City has taken care of this now.
  • We need to have more new businesses open in the City not just the big franchises.
  • We need to make it easier to open a business.
  • We need to improve on the process of opening a new business.
  • Should Henderson become its own School District?
  • What about Lake Mead?
  • We need to go line by line over the City Budget.  There has been waste.
  • What happened to common sense?
  • What happened to Ethics?

The future of Henderson is in our hands right now.
We need new leaders.
We need to improve this place that we call home.
