With all of the media emphasis on amnesty as an idea whose time has arrived, it feels good to tell you about some real immigration reform that we can support.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has introduced S 202 to require all employers to use the E-Verify system, an internet-based system that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. The Accountability through Electronic Verification Act of 2013 would make the program mandatory for all employers within one year of enactment and require employers to check the status of all existing employees within three years. So...Next step is for you guys, in backing this e-verify play, is to publicly demand BHO's (HIS OWN) valid, rightly certified AS SUCH "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate".
Neither of the ONLY two "documents" seen (BOTH made from images, with neither coming from BHO) make that criteria.
So, we don't know, after 5 years, whether he is "natural born citizen" POTUS eligible with the Constitutional authority to mandate anything, sign anything, EO anything upon, speak for, etc. the American people. Do you??? If so, please show us all the documentation.
Until that's done, Marilyn, all else is a waste of time...so are any "donations".
We know that Numbersusa (your related group?) OUTRAGEOUSLY feels that his eligibility or not is NOT (repeat "NOT") related to illegal immigration. Can you believe that?
Such is precisely what they told us and others (bcc'd herein). I don't know what their game is, but they have lost HUGE credibility with us and others.
And btw, how much PLAY are you guys giving Orly Taitz's (true CALIFORNIA American) court cases coming up (especially SCOTUS on the 15th???), HUH??? ...is that crickets we hear?.
So, please do start from the top...and quickly demand, and publicize Orly's demand for, Mr. Obama's OWN valid, rightly-certified as such, "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate"...or is your e-verify to exempt (teflon) him too?
Here are your considerations: a) Is he an "illegal" or not? b) Is he a "citizen" or not? c) Is he "natural born citizen", POTUS eligible per the Constitution to mandate anything upon Americans?
Whatever your choice(s) is, let's see the valid, rightly-certified documentation ...and if you don't have it (and you don't because we don't), please promptly (as you say "Take Action Now"!) and publicly demand it in helping your e-verify play be successful.
