Natural Supplements ~ An Alternative Course for Depression:

With Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the holidays upon us, many people increase their intake of refined sugar and other carbohydrates to their detriment.  Most sugar in the U.S. is GMO (genetically modified organisms), so it is especially BAD for your brain chemistry and causes depression!  But in many cases, the depression is NOT seasonal and is more pervasive and may continue beyond a short duration, even if you clean up your diet and stop eating JUNK.  If you are among those who suffer from various forms of depression, here is an alternative route for your consideration:
