Senate bill rewrite lets feds read your e-mail without warrants
     Proposed law scheduled for a vote next week originally increased Americans' e-mail privacy. Then law enforcement complained. Now it increases government access to e-mail and other digital files.by Declan McCullagh 
     Sen. Patrick Leahy previously said his bill boosts Americans' e-mail privacy protections by "requiring that the government obtain a search warrant." That's no longer the case.(Credit: U.S. Senate) 
      A Senate proposal touted as protecting Americans' e-mail privacy has been quietly rewritten, giving government agencies more surveillance power than they possess under current law. 
     CNET has learned that Patrick Leahy, the influential Democratic chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee, has dramatically reshaped his legislation in response to law enforcement concerns. A vote on his bill, which now authorizes warrantless access to Americans' e-mail, is scheduled for next week.

Obama’s War With The Military
     I get the sense that there is a powerful struggle going on just out of public view between the US Military and the Obama Administration.  When one stands back and objectively considers the manner in which the Obama Regime is using our military today, even with the slightest military training,  it is fairly easy to see they are being badly used, placed at unnecessary risk, and probably worse, put on a leash.
     To be absolutely honest, I suspect the Obama Regime fears a military coup to remove him and his socialist minions from power.     LINK

And You Thought You Had Seen It All Regarding Government Corruption
      You thought you had seen all the documentation, films, and had heard a total exhaustive presentation on September 11, 2001. That is what I thought too, but I was wrong.
      Below is the presentation of Susan Lindauer who worked as an insider for the CIA. Most everything you have heard has been post 911, (after the fact), but Susan tells about the months of planning far in advance of 911. She states the planned goal to deceive the nation into the passage of the "Patriot Act," followed by a fraudulent war to be conducted upon the nation of Iraq.
     Because Susan had the audacity to speak out as to what she knew, she was confined in a Federal prison for five years all without a trial, and was declared to be one who was delusional and needed of psychiatric help. It is absolutely amazing that she survived the ordeal and is now out now to testify openly to the public of what really happened. Her testimony makes you wonder what all else the government is hiding from you that they do not want you to know.  The introduction takes you minute 7, after which Susan Lindauer takes the podium.
Steve is just terrific.
      Bet you did not know that in California due to Obama mandated health “Exchanges” the cost of private insurance went up 25%–Brown, Newsom, Perez, not a single Democrat complained.  They want to price private health care out of the reach of the middle class.
     Then you have the Obama taxes that will kill jobs and families.
     “A 40% tax on “Cadillac Health Care Plans” starting in 2018.Those whose employers pay for all or most of comprehensive healthcare plans (costing $10,200 for an individual or $27,500 for families) will have to pay a 40% tax on the amount their employer pays. The 2018 start date is said to have been a gift to unions, which often have comprehensive plans. (ATR.org)
     A”Medicine Cabinet Tax” that eliminates the ability to pay for over-the-counter medicines from a pre-tax Flexible Spending Account. This started in January 2011. (ATR.org)
     A “penalty” tax for those who don’t buy health insurance. This will phase in from 2014-2016. It will range from $695 per person to about $4,700 per person, depending on your income. (More details here.)
How can you buy what government made sure you can not afford?  That is what we got on November 6.

      In a sane world these people should have been arrested for putting patients lives in imminent danger, but in Obamaland the government is suing to get their jobs back.
      President Obama’s National Labor Relations Board asked a judge this week to force a Connecticut nursing home to re-hire employees involved in a labor dispute, including the workers who sabotaged patient homes as they went on strike.
      The Service Employees International Union members who worked at HealthBridge went on strike after rejecting the company’s final offer in contract negotiations. HealthBridge cut benefits, pensions, and raises wages 2.2 percent. [...]
      That includes the union members who committed acts of sabotage on the way out the door which exploited the weakness of the Alzheimer’s patients in the nursing home in order to make it more difficult for those patients to receive care from the replacement workers. As The Washington Examiner previously noted:
      The director of the facility in Newington, Conn., told police that “the name tags on the patients’ doors for the Alzheimer’s ward were mixed up. The photos attached to the medical records for these patients were removed, further complicating, but not making impossible, the identification of the patients. Also, dietary blue stickers affixed to the door name tags were removed.” Some medical equipment also went missing.   Keep reading…
