Obama, the Democrats and the EPA are solely responsible for the massive Gas Hike in California.
Obama shut down 10 of the 17 Oil Refineries we had in CA. Exxon is shipping oil of all things to Texas with their
billions of gallons of oil because of a little fire in one of theirs. I dont believe that for one minute.
Can you all help me in either finding out or if this can be Fact Checked.
