WHAT IS THE MILITARY BEING TRAINED FOR?

The Age Of Despotism All over America, NorthCom is currently engaging in urban military training exercises, including right here in my backyard in Northwest Montana. Given Col. Benson's treatise, people are justifiably concerned as to what the actual purpose of these exercises might be.
