Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, the Army flight surgeon court-martialed, imprisoned and stripped of all military rank and privileges, including his Army pension, after refusing to obey deployment orders because Barack Obama had not documented his eligibility for the presidency under Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution, is today free as a bird.
And he's singing like a bird, too, about his treatment and Obama's eligibility ...

Terry Lakin found out that beliefs (religion) are very different than Facts and in the end his courts-martial will be his own public humiliation for believing something he cannot prove in a court of law. I would love to be there during his military trial and find out what facts he thinks he has, a feeling, a heard it though the grapevine, internet gossip? It’s upon all you Birthers to prove to all of us (the majority, two elections) that your assertion is true. How it works here in the USA, is that you take verifiable facts and go to court, up till now all cases have been laugh out of court (Trump, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, promised but never delivered). Let's face it no one will take the Birthers seriously until they win a USA court case, but until then, you will continue to appear dumb, crazy or racist, or maybe all three. The real reason is simple, you hate it that a smart, educated black man beat you at your own game, plain and simple. Now you goal is to try and pass Voter ID laws to reduce the number of people from voting. Good luck with that, we beat you twice and we can do it again (Its your own fault come on, McCain/Palin and Willard/Ryan), keep plucking that chicken.
ReplyDeleteMontana, Maybe if the Judicial system wasn't so corrupt Obama would have been adjudicated as a liar and traitor. Too many judges have issued erroneous rulings and inane thoughts that boggle the mind. Instead of chortling you should be seeking truth. Pastor Lee
