Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been asked by his Cold Case Posse to elevate the investigation of Obama’s birth records to a full-scale criminal probe. Doing so will make ALL law enforcement resources an option in searching for the individual(s) believed to have forged Obama’s identifying documents, including the Commander-in-Chief’s long-form birth certificate and select service registration records.

After all, Sheriff Joe spearheaded the first-ever law enforcement investigation of Obama’s birth records only to unearth evidence indicating ‘probable cause’ that a systemic effort to obscure the truth surrounds Barack Hussein Obama’s birth and citizenship took place.
The Cold Case Posse, comprised of retired law enforcement officers and subject matter experts) have not yet determined who, when or exactly how the long-form computer generated birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011 may have been forged, but the PDF file itself and important deficiencies in the process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed.
Nearly, one year ago, the Obama White House held a formal news conference last year to discredit the so-called “birther” movement and to announce “proof positive” of Barack Obama’s Hawaii birth, which makes him Constitutionally-eligible to be President of the United States.
Unfortunately for Obama, the alleged “birth certificate” posted on the White House’s website in April 2011 opened an even larger can of worms as dozens of experts – including several ex-CIA members – have asserted that the document is fraudulent.
Obama has refused to allow access to supposed original documentation in the state of Hawaii, where he claims he was born, as well as other documents, such as passport records, kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, University of Chicago articles, Illinois State Bar Association records, Illinois State Senate records and schedules, medical records, Obama/Dunham marriage license, Obama/Dunham divorce documents, Soetoro/Dunham marriage license and adoption records.
Whatever ‘original’ documentation he provides is riddled with red flags, yet Obama still thinks he can win. Obama believes he is above the American people and above the U.S. Constitution.
Barack Hussein Obama and his leftist media elites have resorted to personally attacking Sheriff Joe as part of a larger attempt to discredit and detract from what the Arizona Sheriff’s volunteer team of experts are saying after the first-ever law enforcement investigation of Obama’s birth records.
But this time the law will catch up, and the American people will finally see justice served, because WE will make sure of it!
MORE THAN 1/3 OF VOTERS IN 3 STATES DOUBT OBAMA ELIGIBILITY. That’s the results obtained by Public Policy Polling when voters in Ohio, Georgia and Tennessee were asked “Do you think Barack Obama was born in the United States, or not?” In Georgia, 38 percent said Obama was not born in the U.S. and another 22 percent were unsure; in Ohio, 37 percent said Obama was not with 21 percent unsure; and in Tennessee, NEARLY HALF (45 percent) of voters say that Obama was not born in the U.S. and 22 percent were unsure.
Another recent poll shows half of registered voters would like to see Congress investigate.
But apparently that’s not enough for Congress, which has thus far FAILED to get involved just like they have FAILED to challenge Barack Obama’s usurpation of our legal system when it comes to enforcing immigration law.
This is OUR opportunity to oust Obama from stealing yet another election. Sheriff Joe has made sure of it. We must make sure that Sheriff Joe has above and beyond the support he needs to thoroughly investigate every red flag raised thus far, and those additional ones that are sure to come with further investigation.
Investigation highlights and preliminary findings of the Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse volunteer law enforcement investigation include:
- Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011, is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery, not a scan of an original 1961 paper document as represented by the White House
- An examination of the postal date stamp on Obama’s Selective Service card leads investigators to believe the document is a forgery
- Missing records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards provide further evidence of systemic conspiracy. After requesting ten years’ of microfilm records of airline passengers arriving on flights originating outside the United States, there was only one week of missing data at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., August 1 through August 7, 1961 – the week of Obama’s birth.
- An individual testified under oath to investigators that he was introduced to Barack Hussein Obama in leftwing anti-government terrorist William (Bill) Ayer’s front yard. According to the signed affidavit, Barack Obama was introduced to him in 1980 as a FOREIGN student “they” were trying to help get into college and obtain financial aid.
It was YOUR support that prompted Sheriff Joe – America’s Toughest Sheriff – to accept the challenge of leading the first-ever law enforcement investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth records and consequential eligibility to appear on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, and now we’re finding out that this could be an international conspiracy of epic portions.
Sheriff Joe suggested the president put all this to rest by simply demanding that the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm, and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession."

Don't excuse them on the basis of threats. This country was built by patriots who defied those threats at all costs and there are too many dead men and women to whom we owe a debt that can never be fully paid. There is no excuse for cowardice and intentional crime...NONE.
Fear is the enemy...not the bullets we might have to face.

Millions of Americans came up against a brick wall of silence and refusal to investigate and prosecute.

We can shut so much of this down by refusing to fly, taking the money and power away from the TSA and other intimidation agencies...we can pull the CAFRs and release the info so people can see how much money is absconded with beyond the salaries...we can stay on these jackasses with constant calls and emails...we can put pressure on the advertisers and stop watching the cable and mainstream networks and their celebrity journalist hacks. We can cancel cable and dish subscriptions. We can stop feeding this monster. We can man the polls and expose the visible voter fraud and abuses. We can stop hiring illegal aliens to clean our toilets and mow our lawns and we can demand their removal from our schools and our soil. We can bombard Issa's office and the rest with demands for arrests and prosecutions. We can stand up for our neighbors and report what we see and hear. We have more to fear from our public servants and media than Middle Eastern terrorists. They are causing the discord, the racism, the public rage against one another and our collective eye is off the real criminals.
We can legally arrest and hang the Traitors and we need to pull together as a combined citizenry to effect this necessary process. We have AGs and Sheriffs and Oath Keepers across this country who have acknowledged the crimes and the right to arrest. Can we pull together and demand they carry out their sworn duty?
What Americans of all Party affiliations need to acknowledge NOW is that the destruction of our country and our future is being carried out by Republicans and Democrats and the ensconced Old Guard needs to be removed...whatever it takes.
The GOP is as guilty as the Democrats. The farce we are watching in our Primaries is proof positive as is the 'story' on Obama that all of our representatives willingly adopted and feed us when we make inquiries.
They are all guilty from Boehner down to the lowest freshman Congressional representatives.
We are all in this together...black, white, young, old, men, women, Democrat and Republican...and all the other 'groups' who are intentionally segregated to create dissension and power struggles. We will sink or float together. The every man for himself mentality is being taught by those whom we considered leaders; but it is killing us and causing us to blame each other instead of the real culprits.
