On Tuesday, Ohio voters delivered two things in the voting booth: a blow to the health care law and gift to unions and public workers. TheColumbus Dispatch reports: Ohio voters yesterday overwhelmingly approved a state constitutional amendment voicing their displeasure with a federal law requiring most Americans to buy health insurance by 2014 or face fines.
