Rep. Roskam Highlights Job Creators Facing Unnecessary Government Obstacles

In the Weekly Republican Address, Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL) provides examples of job creators facing “government barriers to job creation” including “our unsustainable debt, the constant threat of higher taxes, and excessive regulations.” Speaker Boehner also addressed these challenges in his address on “Liberating America's Economy,” and said Republicans are focused on removing government obstacles to private-sector job growth. Watch the address by Rep.   • Speaker Boehner told Bloomberg TV “there are some areas where I think we can find common ground” with the White House on removing government barriers to job growth. But the president's proposals,” said the Speaker, “are a poor substitute for the pro-growth policies that are needed to remove barriers to job creation in America.”
