Attorney General Eric Holder is looking out for "Number One!" As he plays administrative shuffling games, he is looking out for himself. Or, could he even be "covering" for President Obama?
"Who knew what; and when?" are still the questions for ATF leadership and the head of the Department of Justice. These important questions about the "Fast and Furious" operation are still being asked. Like you, I want the answers NOW...not later!
To get to the bottom of Fast and Furious----Eric Holder must step down. Will you join me in calling for the resignation of the Attorney General?

There is a definitive reason why Eric Holder does not own up to this 2,000-plus gun debacle. You see, when weapons wind up in the hands of criminals, it's the ideal reason for Mr. Holder start a major anti-Second Amendment campaign. Watch for it shortly!
This is a political charade of the highest order. And it must be stopped! U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), along with U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) have been investigating the ATF for many months---and in spite of three agents giving some "insider info," there continues a complete STONEWALLING from Eric Holder and the Department of Justice.
Lives have been lost. Rep. Issa calls it "a scandal bigger than Iran Contra..." Yet, the Attorney General does the opposite of what he was hired to do---he, in fact, is "obstructing justice." Instead of firing people and coming clean about the ATF, he merely shuffled agents around---to make it look like he was doing something. BUT, IN REALITY, HE DID NOTHING!

I realize that "obstruction of justice" are pretty strong words for a public servant. But, even right now, he is scheming on how to do the most amount of "damage control" to the ATF! According to Rep. Issa and Senator Grassley, the Attorney General, (and those under his command) have not been forthcoming with requested information by the Congressional investigation committee.
What words would you use? The bottom line: Eric Holder Must GO!

U.S. Representative Issa says it best: "It certainly goes much higher than the three individuals who were transferred or dismissed---and more importantly, those higher up have not yet said how they are going to make sure this doesn't happen again."
Forgetting the fact that the ATF gave 2,000 guns to Mexican drug cartels---then "losing track of them"--- this administration is using a DOUBLE-STANDARD as they try to enactSTRICTER GUN CONTROL (even possibly by stealth Executive Orders) to supposedly stop gun trafficking to Mexico. Yet, the ATF has already done that!
Whatever happened to our Second Amendment - "...the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
America needs an independent counsel to see if Barack Obama was in the direct line of fire for this murderous injustice! Time will tell! This extraordinary cover-up by the Department of Justice shows the culpability of the Attorney General.
Eric Holder MUST resign!
Congressional investigators tell CBS News there is evidence the U.S. Attorney's office in Arizona sought to cover up a link between their controversial gun walking operation known as "Fast and Furious" and the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Now, his family is demanding real answers! And Eric Holder cannot deliver!
An internal ATF email dated the day after Terry's death reveals the quick decision to not disclose the source of weapons found at the murder scene: "...this way we do not divulge our current case (Fast and Furious) or the Border Patrol shooting case ."
Border Patrol agent Brian A.Terry, killed on Dec. 21 near Rio Rico, Arizona, was murdered by drug cartel gunmen--using weapons smuggled across the US-Mexican border under the auspices of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF). This is under the "watch" of Attorney General Eric Holder. THIS MUST BE STOPPED---and NOW!

Just as we predicted almost 75 days ago, ATF Acting Director Ken Melson is the "official scapegoat" for the ATF "Fast and Furious" debacle.
Melson was moved from this job at the Bureau. ATF Special Agents in Charge announced during a conference call that he was being "reassigned."
Kenneth Melson's "lateral move" as acting head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is a political SCAM of the highest order; when, in fact, the one responsible should resign---Attorney General Eric Holder. Or maybe his boss---Barack Obama!
Contrary to his pleadings of innocence, he really did know what was going on! He has fraudulently misled the American people. He knew all about "Fast and Furious" selling of weapons to Mexican drug cartels. Yet, he pled innocence; even when federal agents were killed by Fast and Furious guns at the crime scenes.
Please help us to alert the United States Congress to the fact that Eric Holder should RESIGN!

This "reassignment" - especially since Acting ATF Director Melson gave some damaging testimony a couple of months ago--- does nothing to reassure the public that the ATF knows what they are doing.
What federal agent will be next to be murdered because of an ill-conceived plan?

Instead of Melson being the "fall guy," Eric Holder is the one who is responsible! In reality, "the buck stops" at the door of the White House!
Even the agents, who testified in the congressional investigation, have been transferred to the Washington, D.C. area---where HQ can keep an eye on them.
And "the buck stops" with the Attorney General Eric Holder and Barack Obama!

Holder only is transferring Melson to save his own skin in this scandal! No longer will the American people buy his story. He must be held accountable; and he is the one who must resign...immediately---before another federal agent is murdered!
The transferring of these agents and of the acting director is absolutely an "admission of guilt" by the Department of Justice, the Attorney General, or possibly the President of the United States of America!
In his "cover-up," Attorney General Eric Holder announced: "Ken (Melson) brings decades of experience at the department and extensive knowledge in forensic science to his new role and I know he will be a valuable contributor on these issues. As he moves into this new role, I want to thank Ken for his dedication to the department over the last three decades."
Under normal conditions, Melson might have been fired by Holder. But Melson testified before a special July 4th congressional investigation. He complained that the Justice Department had misled him about his right to testify without Department of Justice supervision.
So, who is to blame for the over 2,000 guns that were sold during the operation?

Unfortunately, Barack Obama is using this mistake (in his own administration and where the buck ultimately stops with him!) to say that guns should be MORE controlled! He is using his own faulty and DEADLY strategy to say that additional gun control must happen now! (When it was his fault---and the fault of Eric Holder---all the time!).
Will you please call for the resignation of Eric Holder as Attorney General because his lack of leadership has caused the murder of federal agents due to "Fast and Furious"!!
Officials linked two weapons found at the Arizona murder scene last December of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry - according to testimony; they are terrified that some of the thousands of guns still at large will be used to kill more innocent people.
Please help the family of Agent Terry to find answers and CLOSURE from his death! This closure can begin with the RESIGNATION of Attorney General Eric Holder! Please fax today!
