CONGRESS MUST ACT NOW OR SIMPLY GO HOME AND ADMIT DEFEAT

ERIC HOLDER'S BRAND OF "JUSTICE"
ATF AGENTS WHO TESTIFY BEFORE CONGRESS:THREATENED
ATF SUPERVISORS WHO ASSIST IN THE COVER UP:PROMOTED
UPDATE: Just weeks after being accused of obstructing justice and intimidating likely ATF agents called to testify before the Senate Committee Hearings on Project Gun Walker aka Operation Fast & Furious, the ATF Supervisors who reportedly oversaw the gun running cover up were given cushy promotions!
In an outrageous new development, it appears Eric Holder's ATF has rewarded the Gun Walker Supervisors who directed and enforced the operation cover up with lofty promotions to the ATF's DC Headquarters. Three ATF Supervisors, who have been heavily criticized for pushing the insane Gun Walker initiative, even as it began to unravel, and then concealing its specifics, have been granted new positions higher in the ATF.

ATF William McMahonATF Supervisor William G. McMahon, (pictured at right), was the Deputy Director In Charge of the Western office where the Fast & Furious operations were focused. When McMahon finally appeared before Congress, he reluctantly admitted to "sharing" the blame for the Gun Walker debacle. Apparently in Eric Holder's world, this deserves a promotion – to Deputy Director of the ATF's Office of, (get this), Professional Responsibility and Security Operations.
The two field Supervisors, William D. Newell and David T. Roth, who directly oversaw the Gun Walker initiative out of the Phoenix office have been promoted as well. Newell has been named Special Assistant to the Office of Management, and Roth has been named Branch Chief of another ATF Division. ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson announced that the three employees were being promoted due to "the skills and abilities they have demonstrated throughout their careers."
Let's review:

  • 2000 Guns Walked Over The Border
  • Hundreds of Mexican Crimes tied to Fast & Furious Weapons
  • 47 Fast & Furious Weapons Found at 11 U.S. Crime Scenes
  • 2 Dead U.S. Border Patrol Agents
  • NOT ONE CARTEL ARREST
Meanwhile, Ken Melson, the top administrator directly in charge of the Gun Walker project is "stepping down" as the interim head of ATF, the Justice Department announced Tuesday as it named a new acting director for the agency.
Melson will move to the Office of Legal Policy as a senior adviser on forensic science, according to the DOJ statement, which made no reference to the failed Gun Walker operation that put guns into the hands of violent criminals. Melson has been notable for having been the most forthcoming of senior ATF witnesses in the on-going Congressional investigation of the scandal. This demotion will widely be viewed as payback by Holder for Melson "breaking ranks" and testifying before Congress.
ERIC HOLDER'S "FAST & FURIOUS" GUNS TERRORIZING AMERICANS HAVE BEEN FOUND AT MORE THAN 11 CRIME SCENES ACROSS THE U.S.
Gunrunner GunsJustice Department admits that guns used at 11 separate crime scenes from across the nation came from Eric Holder's "Fast & Furious" Gun Walker operation.
The DOJ made the admission in a recent letter to the Senate Judiciary committee. Although the DOJ did not give further details, the Los Angeles Times and Fox News quote sources close to the investigation as saying that a total of 42 "Fast & Furious" procured weapons were used in crimes from Arizona to Texas.
Yet, the Department of Justice is unwavering in its ridiculous assertion that Mexican cartel weaponry and the guns used in violent American crimes come from innocent Americans. In fact, the DOJ and ATF are right now implementing a requirement that Texans and Arizonans must now receive special clearance and reporting for long gun purchases. That's right, if any Texan buys his boys a couple of shotguns for the upcoming hunting season, he must now register his purchase as if he were a suspect in suspicious activity – and he must register it with none other than a Department headed by a man who actually has a decade-long history of defending actual convicted gun runners – Eric Holder.
This entire Department of Justice has been reduced to a travesty, all because of Barack Obama's insistence in keeping a corrupt and misguided Attorney General. NO MORE! We must insist that Congress do its duty and protect American Rights, American Liberty and American Justice.
FUTHERMORE, REP. ISSA HAS ACCUSED ATF OF OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE IN PROVIDING INFORMATION TO CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES AND ATF AGENTS' TESTIMONY TO THOSE COMMITTEES!
In what is perhaps a brave new threshold of grim irony for the Obama faction, a Department of Justice agency is being accused of obstructing justiceThe ATF General Counsel has apparently sent threatening letters to witnesses, prompting Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) to accuse the agency of interfering with a Congressional investigation.
Holder PonderingThis news comes on the heels of the explosive email released last week proving that Obama's own National Security Director for North America, Kevin O'Reilly, was briefed nearly one year ago on "Project Gun Walker" by an ATF Special Agent In Charge.
In a desperate attempt to maintain a cover-up at the highest levels, the ATF has apparently resorted to intimidating witnesses. In an interview with the Washington Times, Rep. Issa reported that at least two of his key witnesses received threatening letters from ATF Associate Chief Counsel Barry S. Orlow warning them to keep certain areas off-limits from Congress, including those still under investigation. As a result, at least one witness tried to back out of testifying. This prompted Chairman Issa to send a letter to the ATF suggesting the agency "is obstructing and interfering with the Congressional investigation."
Layer by dirty little layer, Rep. Darrell Issa is peeling back the lies, corruption and cover up surrounding Attorney General Eric Holder's Gun Walker scam. In a direct statement regarding Holder's claims of ignorance, Issa said "How is it that the No. 2, 3, 4 at Justice all knew about this program, but the No. 1 didn't?" Issa went on to say of Holder, "[Either] he knew and he's lied to Congress, or he didn't know, and he's so detached that he wasn't doing his job."
Our question is, at this point does it matter? It is now absolutely clear ERIC HOLDER MUST GO!
How have we devolved to such a degraded condition that a Department of Justice agency can be accused of obstructing justice? Honor must be returned to this venerable institution, and that can only come if we commence with removing the corrupt political hack known as Eric Holder.
Frankly, the ongoing DOJ/ATF "Gun Walker" scandal represents merely the latest in a long line of disgraces associated with Attorney General Eric Holder, including numerous instances of his refusal to enforce or even abide by the law, such as the New Black Panthers voter intimidation case, the ACORN Voter corruption and funding scandals, federal court orders regarding "ObamaCare" and Congressional subpoenas, and his shocking dereliction of duty regarding the Defense of Marriage Act. Rather than stand as the "top cop" and ultimate sentinel and protector of our nation's rule of law, Holder seems to be far more interested in traducing the law to suit his own cronies, radical friends, colleagues, business associates – plus random "clients" and high bidders. How much longer will we tolerate corruption and outright trampling of the Constitution from America's highest law enforcement office? Our current Attorney General is not fit to lead the Department of Justice. ERIC HOLDER MUST GO!
Congressional hearings into the "Gun Walker" case are happening now, so we must act quickly to ensure the Department of Justice can be cleansed of the political corruption destroying it from within. Please fax Congress now!  And please consider making a donation to help Life & Liberty PAC continue our crucial whistleblowing operations.
Thank you. I know I can count on you to defend LIFE AND LIBERTY!
Sincerely,
