VIRGINIA TO SUE FEDS OVER ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT FILES
A top Virginia official is preparing to sue the Department of Homeland Security for information about 4,000 illegal immigrants delivered into federal custody after nearly 10 percent were later re-arrested in by Virginia law enforcement. Corey Stewart, chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors, is has been leading the fight to obtain this documentation since March when an illegal immigrant previously turned over to the feds was charged with killing a nun in a drunken driving crash.
