PRAY FOR A COURT VICTORY RENDERING OBAMACARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL

"If my people, who are called by my name, will
humble themselves and pray and seek my face
and turn from their wicked ways, then will I
hear from heaven and will forgive their sin
and will heal their land." 1 Chronicles 7:4.
This is a call for prayer! - Mat.

Conservatives,

The National Day of Prayer is Thursday, May 5th.  It will be
observed through thousands of events across the country
taking place in houses of worship and in both private and
public forums.

This special observance was commissioned by Congress in
1952 to encourage people of all faiths to pray for the
United States of America and its people.

++A Mighty Fortress is Our God!

As you know, I believe our country is experiencing a severe
moral decline that only God can correct. This year's National
Day of Prayer
theme is "A Mighty Fortress is Our God."  How
timely for a nation that desperately needs a refuge from
the many storms, plagues, and uncertainties we are facing
in 2011.

He is our stronghold and sure foundation!  And
I firmly believe that He will restore our land,
no matter how far we have fallen, if we will
            humble ourselves and pray!

To me, the 2011 National Day of Prayer is unusually
significant for several reasons...

First, I am pleased to share that Liberty Counsel's President,
my wife, Anita, is one of a select number of leaders that
have been invited to participate in the National Day of
Prayer observance
in Washington, DC.

Next, I know this is an excellent opportunity to ask our
Liberty Counsel team members to pray for the Liberty Counsel
Litigation Team and me as we enter final preparations for
our hearing at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in
Richmond, Virginia, in our case against the disastrous
ObamaCare law.

We truly do covet your prayers on Thursday
and, in fact, each day leading up to our May 10th court date.

I am so thankful that over 65,000 of our friends
have already committed to pray and support my
team and me during the upcoming hearings by
            signing our Amici Book!

What an immense encouragement to know that so many patriotic
Americans are standing with us during the week of the National
Day of Prayer!  We can only leave the Book open for signing
a few more hours - just until midnight tonight because of
production deadlines.  You can go here if you'd like to
sign our "Book of Friends" and stand with us in prayer and
support:

God bless you abundantly as you observe the 2011 National
Day of Prayer!
