Barack Obama has done it again! He has made promises to people who have broken the law; and has lied in the process!
As Mr. Obama faces re-election next year, he has put into full gear his "pitch" to the Hispanic community---to get as many of their votes as possible! He made his "case" to the Spanish-speaking audience on Univision in a Spanish-speaking school.
Mr. Obama's bottom line: To Non-Criminal Illegals: "We don't want to deport them; We want them to succeed." Please correct me if I am wrong---if they are illegal aliens, aren't they already criminals?? According to the Obama Administration, Immigration is no longer a "well-thought-out plan, it is "whatever we can do to get the Hispanic vote next year" plan.
EVEN IF IT MEANS SACRIFICING AMERICAN JOBS!! Illegals DEMAND their rights!
It's time they had them through
the Federal Immigration and
Nationality Act of 1952.
Mr. Obama has already indicated that he might sign an EXECUTIVE ORDER for amnesty! That's why we must act very, very quickly to make sure that every U.S. Congressman gives jobs to Americans first, not illegal aliens!
The U.S. Congress absolutely needs to pass something that amounts to a "JOBS FOR LEGAL AMERICANS" Bill. This bill should borrow the penalty structure from the 1952 Federal Immigration and Neutrality Act of 1952.
Quite frankly, there are just so many Amnesty Acts, and just so many "factory passes" that can be given out before the entire middle class in America becomes the underpaid underclass of the global economy where the working class "haves" become the American version of the Third World "have nots."
He later added: "America is a nation of laws, which means I, as the president, am obligated to enforce the law."
SINCE WHEN? REALLY? Why doesn't ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) ever do their job 100%? They have arrested nearly one-half of the illegals what the former administration had arrested!
Mr. Obama is not interested in justly enforcing the laws: These students represent REAL VOTES for Mr. Obama and his party in 2012!! Would Mr. Obama not enforce the law to obtain another vote? ABSOLUTELY!
The moderator of the event then asked Mr. Obama: "Mr. President... with an Executive Order, could you be able to stop deportation of students?"
Calculatingly, Mr. Obama answered: "There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply, through an executive order, ignore those congressional mandates, would not conform with my appropriate role as president."
My serious question: Since when??
He continued: "That does not mean, though, that we can't make decisions, for example, to emphasize enforcement on those who've engaged in criminal activity. It also doesn't mean that we cannot strongly advocate and propose legislation that would change the law in order to make it more fair, more just and ultimately would help young people who are here and trying to do the right thing---and those talents we want to embrace in order to succeed as a country."

Even though these students are here in the United States ILLEGALLY!
So what we derive from this is that Mr. Obama wants to decide who has committed the worst of crimes! BOTH have committed crimes: the criminals and illegal aliens! BOTH continue to take jobs away from the American taxpayers!

Mr. Obama was lamenting on the fact that he could not help to pass the DREAM ACT (Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors) during the lame-duck session of Congress last year. This legislation would have allowed young illegal immigrants who have been in the United States for at least five years to acquire legal status if they pass certain background checks, attend college or serve in the military for at least two years.
Barack Obama re-emphasized about his future legislative intentions: "I have been such a strong proponent of the DREAM Act. That's why I reiterated during my State of the Union speech that we need to pass the DREAM Act. We came close in December. It almost happened!"
But the DREAM Act would have taken away real jobs from LEGAL Americans!
That's why we must contact every Member of the United States Congress to impress upon them that they must SUPPORT jobs for LEGAL AMERICANS! Will you assist us today in this all-out effort?

Playing into the hands of future voters, Mr. Obama once again gave the familiar rhetoric call for "comprehensive immigration reform" and added that the U.S. immigration system is broken.
"We have to secure borders, we have to make sure that businesses are not exploiting undocumented workers, but we have to have a pathway to citizenship for those who are just looking for a better life and contributing to our country. I will continue to fight for them!"
Why will Mr. Obama give away American jobs to illegals? CAA has "uncovered" an EXISTING LAW that our own government has effectively NULLIFIED by simply choosing not to enforce it. Had the federal government done its job, we, as a nation, would not be facing such an illegal immigration disaster.
As a friend of freedom and the United States Constitution, you cannot escape the unbelievable situation that we now face. And the Executive Branch of the federal government---since 1952---is to blame. They simply chose NOT to enforce this law. Why? Most likely because major donors to major political candidates who use migrant labor to plant and harvest food crops did not want this law enforced.
The law? The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. It's still on the books. It's STILL the law of the land! Yet, NO U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL is enforcing this law today! No Immigration Control & Enforcement agents are arresting the illegal aliens they catch under this law; nor are they arresting the benefactors who offer illegal aliens sanctuary to avoid arrest and deportation. Not one. Nor did ICE or the Justice Department enforce that law yesterday, or last year, or at any time in the last six decades. Yet, it's still a law. And it will end the illegal immigration problem if it is enforced. Why is everyone ignoring this law?
Other than some minor revisions in the 1965 and 1986 laws, the 1952 Immigration Law is still in effect. Here is what you need to know... here is what the United States Congress must be made aware of. We must fax every Member of Congress to get them to make sure that LEGAL Americans get jobs to get our economy back on its feet! Will you help us today?
You are a felon if you enter this country illegally. If you offer aid and comfort to an illegal alien you are in violation of Section 8[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act. It is a crime punishable by a fine of $10 thousand per infraction or imprisonment in a federal penitentiary for not more than five (5) years---or both. It is U.S. law. Yet, NO ONE is ever charged for violating this law. If the illegal residing in a room rented to him (or her) by you commits a crime, the law makes you liable for any loss incurred by the victim of that crime. Yet, no victims were ever compensated for the losses suffered at the hand of an illegal alien who robbed or assaulted them under the compensation provision in this law. The American people have been waiting 59 years for this law to "kick-in." Don't you think it's time that the Attorney General and the Director of ICE enforced a law demanded by the American people?

Illegal immigration---as opposed to lawful, legal immigration---is damaging this nation beyond repair. The social engineers who are trying to recast the United States into a global socialist mold believe the melting pot that cast the iron of this nation can still accommodate MILLIONS more of the poor, tired and huddled masses from all the lands of the world---even those who want to remake us into them. NOW, Mr. Obama has indicated that he wants to give good American jobs to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS as long as they are not "criminals." They are here ILLEGALLY. They are already criminals!

P. S. We demand an answer from Mr. Obama, via the U.S. Congress, as to why he has agreed to take American jobs away from LEGAL taxpayers and give them to ILLEGAL immigrant students? We also demand an answer as to why his administration has ignored the 1952 Immigration Bill that is STILL on the books?
