NEVADA - AB 78 WOULD INCREASE SMALL BUSINESS COSTS OF BUSINESS A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY

Dear Conservayives,

A devastating bill is being heard tomorrow that will punish small business across the state. Through A.B. 78, the Secretary of State is removing the home-based business exemption for all LLCs, corps, etc. in Nevada. That means all registered businesses who earn under $27,000 per year in Nevada will no longer be allowed the state business license exemption – a minimum 200% INCREASE.
Think Mary Kay, Xango, Amway, or a Realtor who sells a few houses per year for extra revenue.
Take Action Now! Click here to tell your elected officials that passing AB 78 will further erode our economy and drive our State into further despair.
Friends – as this session heats up I thank you for all that you have done and will call on your help many more times. We delivered over 1,000 petitions in support of the Governor’s veto in less than 24 hours. This grassroots movement is alive and well and we will hold our elected officials accountable.
Please forward this to a friend that can help us make our point as well.
Sincerely,

Adam Stryker
