House Republicans may be claiming victory on the Budget Continuing Resolution (CR) fight, but the fact is they are allowing over $105 Billion of ObamaCare funding to continue!
Representative Steve King (R-Iowa) attempted to add an amendment that would have eliminated every penny of ObamaCare funding from the 2011 CR Budget, but Speaker Boehner and his fearful Establishment "leadership" cronies STRUCK IT DOWN.
In keeping with their weak-kneed performance on ObamaCare, they also only had the guts to push through less than HALF of the spending cuts that the Republican Study Committee had advanced -- $125 Billion for Fiscal Year 2011!
Meanwhile, the Obama Regime continues on its path of destroying our Constitution and defying both the Judicial and Congressional branches -- while Harry Reid refuses to allow a Senate vote to repeal the blatantly unconstitutional and illicitly-passed ObamaCare legislation.
Fellow Americans, the only way to stop ObamaCare is to starve it out of existence. It is up to us to ensure Congress lives up to its promises and fully defunds this evil progressive mandate. ALL funding, not simply the discretionary funds, but also the billions of dollars already allocated and being spent in the millions every day by the Department of Health and Human Services MUST BE CUT OFF --TODAY! If we mean to rescue this great country from the clutches of Communists and save it from the brink of moral and fiscal disaster, then ObamaCare must be DEFUNDED COMPLETELY. And the immediate tactical attack we can launch from the House to stop Obama's government take-over of our healthcare sector is to cut off the money supply that is funding his Marxist monstrosity of a bill.
Recently a Federal judge (appointed by President Reagan himself) ruled ObamaCare unconstitutional. Unlike previous judges, Judge Roger Vinson ruled that the entire ObamaCare law must be thrown out and IMPLEMENTATION HALTED IMMEDIATELY because the mandate requiring Americans to buy health insurance is unconstitutional and unseverable from the rest of the legislation. THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION SAYS THEY WILL NOT COMPLY and will continue to implement ObamaCare REGARDLESS of the Federal courts! A senior Obama Administration official told the Wall Street Journal that the entire plan is still fully operational, nothing has or will stop, and the Department of Health and Human Services will continue to carry out the full ObamaCare plan.
This is classic Obama "Chicago Way" governance with no regard for America's ordered liberty. Under our Constitution, court decisions do not equal law, and the Executive may in fact disregard decisions he deems unconstitutional. But he must justify, account for, and answer for his judgment under the Constitution. He is oath and duty bound to uphold the republican form of government guaranteed to these United States. Not socialism, not communism -- but our democratic republican form of government enshrined in our Constitution, "of, by and for the People." Assaults upon it by the Executive must be responded to by the Congress, acting for We the People, and by the People directly in elections and advocacy. The courts in fact cannot compel the Executive's compliance, only the legislature can do so, eventually through impeachment or removal from office.
IT IS NOW MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER THAT WE TAKE A STAND.
Obama has demonstrated from the beginning of his political life his utter contempt for our Constitution. His disregard for the Constitution's "natural born citizen" requirement showed his contempt -- and that of the political establishment -- for our ordered liberty and first brought America, needlessly, into constitutional crisis. That was when we crossed the Rubicon into lawlessness. Now, with Obama's relentless, coercive enforcement of his unconstitutional and illegitimate ObamaCare, we are simply paying the inevitable price for the incompetence and cowardice that permitted a unrepentant totalitarian and likely usurper into the Oval Office.While the Justice Department might file an injunction to petition court permission for Obama to legally continue implementing some of his healthcare scam while it works its way through Supreme Court review, no such injunction has been filed. By failing to immediately halt ObamaCare implementation as ordered, this Administration is now actively DEFYING the Federal court system created to check the powers of an Executive branch gone tyrannical. It is the case that under our Constitution contests between branches of government will occur -- but they must be based upon and decided upon their conformity to the Constitution, not their contempt of it! While Judge Vinson’s ruling is in fact a victory for the Constitution, the White House’s defiance of his finding, and defiance of the repeal of ObamaCare by the House of Representatives represents a very dark day in American history. UNDER OBAMA, OPEN CONTEMPT FOR THE CONSTITUTION IS EXECUTIVE BRANCH POLICY, AND AMERICA IS IN CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS.
IT IS NOW MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER THAT WE TAKE A STAND.
Congress, if it is to uphold its oath of office and do its constitutional duty, MUST immediately CUT OFF ALL OBAMACARE FUNDING AND HOLD HEARINGS ON OBAMA'S REFUSAL TO GOVERN CONSTITUTIONALLY!!WE MUST BEGIN THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS OF REMOVING OBAMA AND HALTING HIS DESTRUCTION OF OUR REPUBLIC!
The recent Federal court rulings and the successful U.S. House vote to repeal the morally odious, fiscally bankrupting and thoroughly unconstitutional ObamaCare legislation are vital first steps to restoring our nation. But it is only the start of the work we must do if America is to be saved from socialism! Together, we must now HOLD the Congress accountable for substantive effects of this vote, begin in earnest to drive REPEAL in the SENATE (which IS achievable), and ensure that under NO circumstances, is ObamaCare FUNDED in any way, shape or form by legislation advanced through either the House or the Senate!
GOP budget hawks and Tea Party stalwarts like Steve King have proposed steps that would gut federal spending by $125 billion this year alone and by $2.5 trillion over the next 10 years. The fight between conservative Constitutionalists and accommodationists in the GOP Establishment is FAR FROM OVER! The are many more Appropriations bills to be voted on -- and the Debt Ceiling bill battle -- still to come! The Republican Study Committee (RSC) unveiled the Spending Reduction Act featuring these massive and essential specific spending cuts:
Overall spending CUT to 2008 levels, with discretionary spending CUT to 2006 levels.
Unspent “stimulus” money RETURNED.
Civilian government workforce CUT by 15%.
Government subsidies ELIMINATED to the Public Broadcasting System, the National Endowment for the Arts, Amtrak, the National Organic Certification Cost-Share Program, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, among other agencies and programs.
Funding for implementation of ObamaCare BLOCKED as well as taxpayer money RESTRICTED from use by government lawyers to defend any ObamaCare provisions in court.
The Republican Study Committee has more than 170 members in the U.S. House and will have Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina as a co-sponsor of the Spending Reduction Act in the Senate.
“This is not just rhetoric. It’s about saving our country [and] saving our currency,” said DeMint. According to Human Events magazine, RSC members will seek a stand-alone vote on the Act, but also promise to use votes on increasing the debt ceiling, extending the Continuing Resolution, and passing a 2011-2012 budget to force these cuts as necessary through the House and Senate.
These are strategies that WILL WIN, but only if we support the Constitutionalists in Congress working to save America! Make ALL of Congress SEE the LIGHT and FEEL the HEAT!!

Obama and his socialist cronies keep insisting there are no “death panels” yet here are two of his appointees, (one in charge of cutting Medicare by $500 Billion, the other in charge of setting health care policy), publicly proclaiming to what age criteria Obama will use to thin the human herd!
And Newbusters reports that RINO Rep. Bob Corker, (R-TN), recently told special interests not to worry about the incoming class of “crazier Republicans” because the majority of Senate Republicans like himself have no intention of repealing Obama's healthcare bill.
