ALERT: Obama used the opportunity of his recent State of the Union address to publicly demand Congressional Amnesty, and also alert his progressive base that he will continue his policy end-runs of Congress to "legalize" millions of illegal aliens. Obama is determined to achieve mass Amnesty -- even through Constitution-abusing Executive Orders and Executive Branch directives enforced by his open-borders bureaucracy.
Meanwhile, U.S. authorities are reporting rising spikes along our broken borders in killings, kidnappings and home invasions directly linked to Mexico's criminal cartels, as our police powers struggle for order. U.S. Border Agent Brian A. Terry was brutally gunned down in a firefight with illegals before Christmas, the latest of 16 officers killed in the line of duty since 2004.There were over 19 American deaths during 2008, and more than 200 Americans killed in Mexico since 2004. A shocking four-year toll of 34,600 dead is acknowledged by the Mexican government in the chaos since President Felipe Calderon took office and threw the federal police and military against the international traffickers. But the situation is getting worse, not better -- the body count just for 2010 was 15,237, by far the bloodiest year yet. And the mayhem is spilling into U.S. territory.
Inside the U.S. the state governments of Arizona and Texas, rebuffed in their pleas to have the federal government send National Guard troops to support U.S. Border Control and local law enforcement, have acted on their own authority. Confronted with accelerating violence and burgeoning drug, weapons and sex-trade traffic, Arizona in particular has moved to enforce immigration law and regain control from the invading criminal cartels. The Obama Justice Department response to Arizona has been aggressive federal lawsuits to strike down the state's enforcement efforts!
The only Obama administration actions at the border have been political show rather than a serious attempt to stop incursions or set policies to contain the rise in violence. Obama's federal policies have gotten U.S. agents killed, and been devastating to the officers sworn to protect and defend America's border integrity.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement federal field officers have seen first hand the political corruption inside of ICE and are fighting against it! They say that Obama-appointees ICE Director John Morton and Assistant Director Phyllis Coven have “abandoned the core mission of enforcing the United States immigration laws.” There is a concerted effort within ICE and the larger government of the United States to actively put American citizens in danger by not following our own laws!
According to a well placed Homeland Security Administrator (who obviously needs to remain anonymous), "The plan is to incrementally remove all obstacles for immigration reform without a public debate." Within the Obama Administration, the source said, "Amnesty is a 100% done deal already."
In anticipation of the recent defeat of the DREAM ACT in Congress, Obama directed the Department of Homeland Security to enact AMNESTY programs bureaucratically. US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) circulated a Memorandum detailing the DHS plan to implement Amnesty programs by Executive Branch fiat and through regulations. This would ignore the Constitution and circumvent the requirements for Congressional authorization to lawfully grant U.S. citizenship.
Such outrages led ICE officers to go on the record last June with their unprecedented "No Confidence" vote against their leadership -- and warn that the situation would worsen. They list examples of just what the political agenda from Washington is doing to destroy the ability of ICE to protect you and YOUR family's security. Here is some of what these 7,000 ICE officers revealed!
- Senior ICE leadership dedicates more time to campaigning for immigration reforms aimed at large scale amnesty legislation, than advising the American public and Federal Lawmakers on the severity of the illegal immigration problem, and the need for more manpower and resources within ICE Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) to address it. ICE ERO is currently overwhelmed by the massive criminal alien problem in the United States resulting in the large-scale release of criminals back into local communities.
- Criminal aliens incarcerated in local jails seek out ICE officers and volunteer for deportation to avoid prosecution, conviction and serving prison sentences. Criminal aliens openly brag to ICE officers that they are taking advantage of the broken immigration system and will be back in the United States within days to commit crimes, while United States citizens arrested for the same offenses serve prison sentences. State and local law enforcement, prosecutors and jails are equally overwhelmed by the criminal alien problem and lack the resources to prosecute and house the prisoners, resulting in the release of criminal aliens back into local communities before making contact with ICE. Thousand of other criminal aliens are released to ICE without being tried for their criminal charges. ICE senior leadership is aware the system is broken, yet refuses to alert Congress to the severity of the situation and request additional resources to provide better enforcement and support of local agencies.
- ICE is misleading the American public with regard to the effectiveness of criminal enforcement programs like the ICE “Secure Communities Program” using it as a selling point to move forward with amnesty related legislation. As officers in the field, we know this program will not improve enforcement or provide for public safety because ICE refuses, for political reasons, to request the additional manpower and resources needed to adequately operate the program.
Criminals are using the corruption fostered by the Obama Administration policy to their benefit. They are illegally entering our country through the wide open unsecured border with Mexico and committing crimes in American towns and cities. They are so brazen because they know that even if they do get caught for committing a crime all they have to do is say they are an illegal alien and they get sent to ICE to be deported! NO trial! NO Justice! They just get sent back across the border. AND THEN THEY JUST RE-ENTER THE U.S. ILLEGALLY AGAIN!
The fact is, while the immigration system certainly has flaws, it is the leadership within ICE that is broken and corrupt! They are part of the Obama Administration -- and deliberately FAILING to enforce the laws. The ICE leadership knows exactly what’s going on and they are intentionally putting you and your family at risk!
They must enforce the laws we already have on the books, and when they do, the border will be more secured and illegal alien criminals will be in jail or permanently deported. First things first, put more boots on the ground and give proper support to the local communities so they can detain illegal immigrant criminals. Then let ICE officers do their job and stop getting in the way! The vast majority of ICE officers aren’t even allowed to arrest illegal aliens when they find them! Take off the leash, and let our federal officers do their sworn duty!
This scandal is REAL! If anybody would know what is truly happening within Immigration and Customs Enforcement it is the ICE field officers and the rank and file! But their plea has been ignored by Obama AND Congress. It is time for YOU to take action!

Obama and the Democrats have already put the Amnesty wheels in motion as orders are out to scuttle ICE raids of companies hiring illegal workers, remove key elements of 287G policies that give local law enforcement the ability to arrest illegal aliens, and to set the stage for the in-take processing of millions of illegal aliens in order to grant mass AMNESTY TO ILLEGALS.
We need the new Congress to get vigilant! If Obama cannot get AMNESTY legislation passed, he will achieve his objectives through the Executive Branch -- unless Congress STOPS him!
Obama has ALREADY directed Department of Homeland Security to enact an AMNESTY program. USCIS, the federal Citizenship and Immigration Services has circulated the following Memorandum defining the details of the DHS plan to achieve an Amnesty end-run on Congress.
In summary it says, "In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform (AKA AMNESTY), USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to... applicants who entered the United States without inspection... and would allow thousands (likely millions) to become lawful residents... individual applicants deemed inadmissible under the Immigration and Nationality Act having entered without inspection (AKA ILLEGALLY)... the USCIS could grant 'parole-in-place' (AKA AMNESTY)."
Watch Out - Back Door Immigration "Reform" AMNESTY Is Coming!
Obama is again by-passing the American people and the entire Congress and by edict the Obama Administration is gutting domestic national security. Department of Homeland Security and ICE are impotent as Obama prepares to again his "Immigration Reform" not Constitutionally as a part of the political process but as a bureaucratic power play. With a Napolitano Department of Homeland Security and the welcome mat out, uncounted terrorists and illegal aliens by the millions will cross the border and be accepted by the Obama regime as U.S. citizen voters.
Obama's plans include the issue of Executive Orders and Actions, and departmental pronouncements that limit the ability of law enforcement to do its job. There has already been a re-tasking of Federal Agents, resources and bureaucrats to other "more important" duties, and defunding of the border fence. While Executive Orders are being abused beyond their Constitutional authority, don't underestimate their power. Obama lied to Governor Jan Brewer of AZ in the Oval Office. Obama committed to present details within two weeks, regarding his plans for sending National Guard troops to the Arizona border and spending $500 million on border security.
Obama did nothing, and the PELOSI CONGRESS in fear of facing their constituents at home passed a head-fake border security "beef-up" bill that did nothing, as death tolls and drug trafficking have continued to rise. Gov. Brewer did not wait for Obama and is now battling in the federal courts.
