For Immediate Stop To ObamaCare
EMERGENCY: Federal Judge rules ObamaCare UNCONSTITUTIONAL and orders ALL implementation to stop IMMEDIATELY. But the Obama Administration announced that IT WILL NOT COMPLY WITH THE COURT ORDER.
A Federal judge, appointed by the Constitution-respecting Ronald Reagan, has just ruled ObamaCare unconstitutional. Unlike previous judges, Judge Roger Vinson's decision found that the entire ObamaCare law must be voided and IMPLEMENTATION HALTED IMMEDIATELY because the mandate requiring Americans to buy health insurance is unconstitutional, and cannot be severed from the substance of the legislation. THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION SAYS THEY WILL NOT COMPLY and will continue to implement ObamaCare in defiance of this Federal court order! A senior Obama Administration official told the Wall Street Journal that the entire plan is still fully operational, nothing has or will be halted, and the Department of Health and Human Services will continue to carry out the full ObamaCare plan.
The Justice Department stated it might file an injunction to petition court permission for Obama to legally continue implementing some of his healthcare takeover while the battle over ObamaCare rages, but no such injunction has been filed. By failing to immediately halt ObamaCare implementation as ordered, the Obama Administration is now actively DEFYING the Federal court system created to check the powers of an Executive branch or Congress when it exceeds its constitutional authority. This is a brazen attack on the Constitution, designed to render it a nullity. Even as we take some encouragement from the Federal courts acting to uphold the Constitution, the White House’s defiance and disregard for the rule of law represents a very dark day in American history. AMERICA IS IN CRISIS. This refusal of the Obama Administration to abide by the Federal court is a tyrannical act which We the People must answer!

The Senate, if it is to do its constitutional duty, MUST immediately CUT OFF ALL OBAMACARE FUNDING AND HOLD HEARINGS TO BEGIN THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS OF REMOVING OBAMA AND HIS TYRANNY!We have had many BAD court decisions at the Federal and state levels decided against us through the years, and we have remained law-abiding and loyal Americans. We have fought for justice through our institutions of ordered liberty. Now we see what Obama does when he is thwarted -- he simply defies the law!

You see Reid never held a Senate vote on ObamaCare and instead used a reconciliation procedural trick to pass the House ObamaCare Unfunded Resolution, forcing ObamaCare through the Senate with 51 votes. What this means is that ObamaCare was never really voted on by the Senate and will die on the vine without funding. REPEAL OBAMACARE IN THE U.S. HOUSE, AND MAKE SURE IT NEVER GETS FUNDING. NOT NOW - NOT EVER!
Reid knows the newly elected Constitutionalists will never allow ObamaCare to be funded, so he will desperately continue to attempt to fund it by hiding it in the deadly legislation he means to ram through Congress over the next two years. That is why getting REPEAL on the record in the House, and then holding them accountable on their vote, is vital.
Reid tried burying ObamaCare in the Omnibus bill. He made a big deal of “pulling” the bill. I for one would love to consider this a great and decisive victory, but Harry Reid has “pulled” legislation too many times before, only for us to wake up and read about the passed bill in the Sunday papers. Heaven only knows how many other bills he will try to hide his nefarious funding in, or how many other scorched earth, pro-death agenda items he will try to ram through before he is done. REPEAL OBAMACARE!! THEN DON'T LET ANY REID BILLS PASS!
