This is happening all around us and we are allowing this socialist government to keep growing. McMillian Mfg in Phoenix , Arizona , was contacted by Bank of America and informed that they will no longer be allowed to use their services ( Bank of America ) because they are in the firearms business and support the second amendment.

If you haven’t watched Dr. Benjamin Carson’s no-holds-barred speech at the National Prayer Breakfast a week ago which - was very critical of many of President Obama’s own policies and delivered with President Obama sitting right there, stone-faced, listening – do yourself a favor and click here.

Conservative U.S. Senators Rand Paul and Marco Rubio voted against the new Violence Against Women’s Act and have taken some heat for it.  But they had a darned good reason: The act itself did violence to the Constitution.

Recall these immortal words from Barry Goldwater: “I will not attempt to discover whether legislation is needed’ before I have first determined whether it is constitutionally permissible.”  If only more senators thought like Goldwater, Paul and Rubio!

I don’t check my home phone for messages very often.  They’re almost always for my kids or some unsolicited sales call.  But when I checked yesterday, I found a message saying that I had a call from an anonymous inmate at the Clark County Detention Center which was left last Sunday at around 10 a.m.

Gee, I hope it wasn’t from Assemblyman Steven Brooks!

Obama Claims Search And Seizure Rights Over The Internet

For once, Congress actually did their job. The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) was killed when Americans expressed their disapproval of privacy violations, and the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) was also shelved last year after negotiations broke down. Both pieces of legislation have names that sound positive but don’t be fooled–like many government programs, they are the exact opposite of that in reality and will do absolutely nothing to improve our nation’s security. We are pleased that in both cases, Congress listened to the American people, the majority of who were opposed to these privacy-killing regulations.

But that doesn’t matter to Barack Obama. He just brought CISPA back in the form of an executive order, which contains the worst of both of these acts.

Fax Congress Now!

The Internet is a goldmine of information, and every day we are changing the way we live and interact with one another based on technological innovations and creative uses for social media. But this goldmine is about to become the government’s treasure chest. Obama’s version of CISPA means that any information shared online that is deemed a cyber threat–which you can imagine, with the government involved, can be highly subjective in nature–can be shared openly with government, security agencies and private companies. Worse yet, you will have no legal recourse, even if you didn't do anything wrong.

Obama's Secret Court for Killing

President Obama willingly admits he dispatched CIA agents to kill an American and his teenage son and the son's American friend while they were in a desert in Yemen in 2011. He says he did so because the adult had encouraged folks to wage war on the United States and the children were just "collateral damage." He says further that he'll do this again when he is convinced that killing Americans will keep America safe. He says he knows the adult encouraged evil, and his encouragement caused the deaths of innocents. The adult was never charged with a crime or indicted by a grand jury; he was just targeted for death by the president himself and executed by a CIA drone.

International law and the law of war, to both of which the U.S. is bound by treaty, as well as federal law and the Judeo-Christian values that underlie the Declaration of Independence (which guarantees the right to live) and the Constitution (which permits governmental interference with that right only after a congressional declaration of war or individual due process) all provide that the certainty of the identity of a human target, the sincerity of the wish for his death, the perception of his guilt and imminent danger are insufficient to justify the government's use of lethal force against him. The president may only lawfully kill after due process, in self-defense or under a declaration of war.
