NEWS FROM THE SECOND DISTRICT Dear Friend, Last week, I was honored to receive the Air Force Association's Florida Legislator of the Year Award. I visited Naval Support Activity Panama City with Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations and Environment Lucian Niemeyer. I traveled back to Washington, D.C. for our legislative week and met with the Florida Municipal Electric Association and the Florida Credit Union Association. Do you know where those pills or other medications you take are actually made?  If a real shortage or restriction takes place that would end your being able to obtain those medications - WHAT would you do?  Many complain about the COST but what are you going to do if you can't get them and they are life threatening if you can't get them?  Why aren't these medications being made in America for Americans??????  Same reason so many other things are no longer made in America -  CHEAP LABOR and HIGHER PROFITS for the CORPORATE FOLKS.
