For eight years we have been writing almost exclusively about domestic issues.  In those eight years we have purposely avoided the subject of this column, but it has become so dangerous and so explosive that we can no longer ignore it. 

In the middle of last week we wrote an article ("in between the lines of the Parallax Prophecies .....") on "What the President SHOULD Say to Islam", in an attempt to elevate the rhetoric about the dismal foreign policy of the Obama Administration as it pertains to the uprising in the Middle East in particular and radical Islam in general.  One of our readers pointed out to us in responding to the article, that the President doesn't have the power to declare war on a country without Congressional approval, which we advocated in our article and he is right.  It is patently unconstitutional, but nevertheless, that didn't stop Clinton from declaring war in Bosnia and that didn't stop Obama from declaring war in Libya ..... without Congressional approval.  In contrast to Clinton and Obama, Bush did receive Congressional and UN approval to go into Afghanistan and Iraq.
