OHIO - STATE BUDGET DOES NOT FUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD - HURRAH!
Last week, we sent an email regarding the key pro-life provisions that
were introduced by Republicans to be included in the state budget. We
are happy to announce that Governor Kasich has signed the state budget
with the pro-life provisions intact.
Planned Parenthood, the Nation's largest abortion chain, will lose $1.4 million in federal funds. The new budget will also provide funding for Crisis Pregnancy Centers which educate women in the alternatives to abortion.
We thank Governor Kasich for taking this step to protect Ohio's women and unborn children.
Blessings,
Phil Burress

The Columbus Dispatch - Monday July 1, 2013 6:50 AM
Gov. John Kasich last night vetoed language attempting to block him from
moving forward with Medicaid expansion, but did not touch any of the
anti-abortion language before signing the new two-year, $62 billion
state budget.

TEXAS - PLANNED PARENTHOOD 'ON THE ROPES'
Dear CONSERVATIVES,
Good things just keep coming out of Texas.
Not only did several new pro-life candidates come out ahead in the recent election, with the victories of Ted Cruz, Steve Stockman and others, but Texas pro-lifers have made another huge step forward in cutting off taxpayer funding of abortion.
You may remember hearing about the showdown that began earlier this year between Planned Parenthood and the Texas legislature.
It all started when the Texas legislature, backed by NPLA members and other pro-lifers, voted to cut Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers from the state-funded healthcare plan designed for low-income women.
While pro-lifers rejoiced, Planned Parenthood threw a fit and appealed to their friends in the White House, demanding that the funding be reinstated.
In response, Kathleen Sebelius, Obama's Secretary of Health and Human Services, gave Texas an ultimatum:

WHY ARE WE BEING FORCED TO FUND ABORTIONS?
Four More Years of Obama Means Two Billion for Planned Parenthood
It’s chilling to consider, but what would four more years of Barack Obama in the White House mean for Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider and biggest abortion promoter? Obviously, no one can say for sure, but we can get a pretty good idea from looking back at the last four years and projecting those same policies and trends for the next four.
And it certainly doesn’t look good if you’re an unborn child or someone who stands with those who defend their right to life. Once not having to face re-election, President Obama would not need to even pretend to mask his pro-abortion sympathies. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/11/01/four-more-years-of-obama-means-2b-in-tax-for-planned-parenthood/

PLANNED PARENTHOOD FOLLOWING OBAMA'S LEAD, LYING !
Undercover Video Investigation Documents Planned Parenthood Lying To Public AGAIN
Oct 25, 2012 12:48 pmLila Rose: “As President Obama campaigns for women voters, one of his top donors and champions, Planned Parenthood, is deceiving millions of American women about the services they provide, their history of abuse cover up, their radical abortion agenda, and just this past July, their unsafe and abusive practices that led to the death of [...]

WOMEN SPEAK OUT PAC - STOP ABORTION FROM MURDERING MORE BABIES
Friend,
I am thrilled to tell you that today the Susan B. Anthony List launched Women Speak Out PAC, a brand new "Super PAC" that will allow us to further expose President Obama's radical abortion record in key battleground states.
The launch of the Women Speak Out PAC couldn't come at a better time. Just yesterday, Planned Parenthood's Super PAC announced that they plan to run television ads in Colorado during the presidential debate attacking Romney on abortion.
We cannot sit back and allow the deep-pocketed abortion lobby led by Planned Parenthood and EMILY's List claim to speak for all women.
We must respond -- and quickly.
Friend, will you give generously right now so that Women Speak Out PAC can air its television ad featuring abortion survivor Melissa Ohden during the first presidential debate tonight in Colorado?
