The White House can put aside global warming hysteria. Nuclear proliferation among rogue nations is the real worry, but President Obama isn’t persuaded. He has been making sleepy-time choices.
Not long after assuming office he shelved the Bush administration’s plans to boost the number of ground-based midcourse defense interceptors at Fort Greeley , Alaska , from 26 to 40, apparently concluding the North Korean threats were exaggerated.
