FDA Kicks Into Overdrive in 2023: Approves Pharmacy Distribution of Chemical Abortion Drug

Washington, DC – Operation Rescue informed you last week about the federal government’s growing reliance on the FDA as the overreaching authority on abortion. The FDA covertly rose to this heinous position while Americans celebrated the most famous unplanned pregnancy in history – that of King Jesus. To recap, just a little over a week ago, in a lame-duck session, the U.S. House of Representatives passed Resolution 1434 “reaffirming” the authority of the FDA to supersede that of states specifically concerning “reproductive products.” In other words, the resolution asserts that if the FDA has approved an abortion-causing product, the states do not have the authority to make the same product illegal. The abuse of the federal agency’s authority is now in overdrive. First on its agenda in 2023 is expansion of the availability of Mifepristone, the first of the two drugs used in a “medication abortion.” Mifepristone stops the production of progesterone and causes the in-utero child to starve to death. On Tuesday, the FDA changed the label of Mifepristone to allow retail pharmacies to distribute the drug – adding to the agency’s dangerously irresponsible degree of leniency concerning the chemical abortion process.

ICYMI: Planned Parenthood Employee Sounds Like He's Coordinating a Dining Experience While Woman Hemorrhages 911 Call at Kalamazoo MI Planned Parenthood On the afternoon of September 9, 2022, Kalamazoo Health Center – Planned Parenthood in Kalamazoo, Michigan, made a call to 911. The emergency involved a 37-year-old woman bleeding out. Coded “Priority 1: High” on the computer-aided dispatch transcript, it also revealed that two rescue vehicles were dispatched, an EMS ambulance and the Kalamazoo Department of Public Rescue.  This facility was responsible for the death of a beautiful, vibrant young woman, 24-year-old Cree Erwin on July 3, 2016. She was found by her mother “cold as ice” as a result of complications from the abortion performed at Kalamazoo Health Center – Planned Parenthood three days before. It is difficult to fathom that any employee of this Planned Parenthood would be oblivious to the seriousness of this type of emergency, especially in light of Erwin’s death just six years ago. However, the employee who called 911 communicated with the dispatcher as if he was an event planner inviting a group of friends to a dinner party. “We have a Med 2, and I wonder if you guys can join us,” he said in a serenely self-possessed tone.  He went on to give specific instructions for his invited guests concerning entry and parking, etc., for what was not a dinner party at all.  “They are asking for ‘a silent approach’ or ‘early shutdown,’ and they’ll be using the rear entrance there,” he said, sounding like a mai·tre d’ at this point.
