The First take: Do we really need to spend time writing laws to prevent the government from spending money to buy and give away crack pipes? We shouldn't, but here we are. Also, the House bill on the same topic is called the H.U.N.T.E.R. Bill. Perhaps if/when they pass and merge the two we will have the "Hunter Crack Act."
The First take: Pelosi's latest appearance on the Sunday talk show circuit has yielded some curious economic analysis. Based on the Speaker's take, under the record-setting employment of the Trump years, inflation should have been through the roof. It wasn't. Also, check the Bonus story as Biden blames inflation on COVID. Huh?
The First take: This will likely be the "most-avoided" story of the week. Mr. Durham is still working for the DOJ and apparently has discovered evidence of serious wrongdoing and possible spying of the Trump White House. But, you probably won't see this getting any coverage on MSNBC, CNN, or the left side of the MSM.
