Mr. Pastore is not looking at the big picture. OSHA is a government organization put in place to monitor people. To track people. To tell people what to do. To dictate to people WHAT "THEY" WANT.

If people were left to their own vises they would essentially do and accomplish what needs to be done without the dictates and mandates. Sadly, Mr. Pastore is looking to government for help. This is called "CONDITIONING". Years of propaganda has conditioned him.

OSHA is just more government control. They have been a thorn in everyone's side since the beginning.

OSHA is the GESTAPO. Have been since it's beginning. Have they done some good? Of course they have. Again, it's what I call "ONE STEP FORWARD AND TWO STEPS BACK". They have to throw some "good" in there somewhere to keep up the FRONT.

...Many people do not realize that this is actually the original foundation of FASCISM!!.....The (Executive Branches'), Illegal use of regulatory agencies, (so as to bypass legislative procedures), so they can exercise an "Illusion-of-Law Enforcement", through these existing agencies, who do Not have such legal Authority.........Totally Unconstitutional...!! (A contradiction here? Individuals such as Obama & Biden, are using these Agencies to Enforce their (Wish-List), Rule of practices they wish to Impose on you and me, by circumventing the Legislators, who are the Voice-of-the-People!!

***The best pursuit would be to get the Legislators to compel, all actions and changes to any Regulatory Agencies, via the Executive Branch to be presented as proposed "Bills", prior to any attempts at enforcement. The proposal must also include that any attempts from the Executive branch, through direct or indirect actions, would compel an immediate investigation for Presidential Impeachment by Congress..

....Such a passage, would include ALL Federal Agencies, and Forbid the "Act-of-Fascism" by the Executive Branch.

Congress must abolish it by enacting H.R. 5813.  H.R. 5813, titled the “Nullify Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act” or the “NOSHA Act,” is sponsored by U.S. Representative Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) and co-sponsored by seven other representatives. It is currently pending in the U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor. H.R. 5813 is a simple bill, with the bill text being short and concise. If enacted, it would repeal the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which created OSHA, and abolish the federal agency. In an interview with The New American magazine, Representative Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) noted OSHA’s blatant disregard for the U.S. Constitution and for individual freedom: One of the most troubling things about Biden’s … unconstitutional vaccine mandates that have been stopped by the courts is that the agencies who were tasked with enforcing them did not even question the fact that they were illegal. He told them to do something that was illegal they carried it out, and they carried it out until the courts stopped them. It’s almost Orwellian. The very agency that’s supposed to protect you from your employer doing something to you that you don’t want is forcing you to have your employer do something to you that you don’t want. Under the U.S. Constitution, there is no basis for OSHA’s existence. Article I, Section 8, does not give Congress any authority to regulate workplaces. Furthermore, the 10th Amendment makes clear that all powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states and the people. Representative Biggs alluded to this fact when he noted, “OSHA’s existence is yet another example of the federal government creating agencies to address issues that are more appropriately handled by state governments and private employers.” Not only is OSHA illegal, but it is part of the Deep State’s plan to abolish individual freedom in the U.S. As Alan Stang wrote in American Opinion in 1975: Some businessmen have told your reporter of their fear that if they speak up, O.S.H.A. may close them down. The answer to that is: You have said nothing so far, and you are already almost out on the street. If you continue to do and say nothing, you will wind up crushing rock for the government, where the ‘protection’ of O.S.H.A. will not apply. Before it is too late, you must realize that O.S.H.A. is not a labor-management disagreement. It is part of a Conspiracy by the Socialists who run our government to shut you down and take over.
