The First take: You might need a scorecard on this one. Apparently, CNN's Manu Raju reported Sen. Manchin wanted the Dems' child tax credit out of the Build Back Better bill. That inspired a face-off between Manchin and a reporter from the Huffington Post. Manchin wasn't having it and labeled the HuffPo characterization and the reporter "bulls**t."
