You did it!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Lord God Almighty, and to each one of you who signed The Moral Outcry Petition!
We just filed The Moral Outcry Petition Brief at the United States Supreme Court in the Mississippi abortion case. The brief has over 539,108 Signers. It would be 11,000 pages if it were printed on paper.
The Lord is raising up a spiritual Army of Justice and you are part of it. Thank you.

What's in the Brief?
The Brief was filed by Melinda Thybault, Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, represented by The Justice Foundation lawyers. As Founder, she is acting on behalf of every one of you signers. Your names, but nothing else, was included in Footnote 2 in a Dropbox link in the brief. Each signature is severe criticism of the decision under The Law of Judicial Precedent. This is a unique and amazing Brief, the first time something like this has been done in United States history. I urge you to read at least the Table of Contents to refresh your memory of the arguments that you have endorsed by signing The Moral Outcry Petition.
In addition, the presence of Safe Haven laws in all 50 states, which eliminate the reliance interest which prevented the Supreme Court from reversing Roe v. Wade in 1992 in the Casey case, is historic and unprecedented.
What's Next?
Our goal now is to reach a million signatures by December 31st. This case will be argued orally before the Supreme Court, probably in December or January, then the decision will come out in the Spring, perhaps as late as June 2022.
This could be the case that completely reverses Roe v. Wade, but any victory which allows the law to go into effect which is a ban on abortion after 15 weeks, would be a major victory and a major step towards the reversal of Roe v. Wade. It could be a total victory in this case!
Additional Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court) Parties
In addition to The Moral Outcry Signers, the Brief was joined by 2,249 Women Injured By Abortion. Read the names and pray for the brave women of Operation Outcry who have courageously shared their testimonies of abortion's devastation with the Court. See Appendix to Brief here. In addition, the Brief has a Dropbox link with over 4,725 Women Injured By Abortion's written testimonies. We know that the testimonies of women have convinced the Court that abortion could cause "devastating psychological consequences” (per Casey, 1992), and “severe depression and loss of esteem (per Gonzalez, 2007.) The women’s testimonies also convinced the Court in 2007 in Gonzales that “some women come to regret aborting the infant life they once created and sustained.” Id. at 159.

Other Amicus Curiae Parties
The Moral Outcry Brief was also joined by National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) which represents over 1,600 crisis pregnancy centers in America. Also joining as a party to the Brief was Florida Voice for the Unborn. All were represented by The Justice Foundation.

Browning, J.D., for their assistance in writing this Brief, on which I was greatly honored to be Counsel of Record.
