Today’s Tip Tip of the day:Have reminders for yourself to think about your life purpose, what brings you joy etc. This could be reminders you set on your phone, a rubber band or bracelet around your wrist or notecards or Post-Its you write and put in different places. Whether it's a major goal or just a smile, having these reminders can help you reflect inward rather than continuing to be distracted by things happening in the external world. |
