It's happening: Trump invokes foreign interference provisions, cyber warfare response

In his historic speech at the White House, President Trump invoked the "foreign interference" provisions of his 2018 Executive Order, which was put in place a week before Trump also launched a new "offensive cyber operations" doctrine at the DoD. Combined with the secret text of NSPM 13 (which I explain today), this means Trump has just activated a conventional military response to the cyber warfare attack against America.
