Votes are still being counted in Az and Nevada. With only a spread of 13,000 votes in Az, a "hand recount" of all ballots without machines will probably happen.

Without Pa and Az, Biden does not have at least 270. And without Mich for Biden, Trump leads Biden in electoral college votes. The media called the election too soon.
Democrats are down to only a 7 seat advantage in the House. Down to 221 from 234 vs 214 for Reps. Dems lost 13 seats. Reps only need to flip 4 more seats in 2022 to be 218 to 217.
Senate is now 50 Republicans vs 48 Democrats with 2 seats outstanding in the Ga runoff. Reps were defending 23 vs 11 for Dems in this election. Democrats will be defending more Senate seats than Republicans in the next 2 election cycles.
Democrats lost 2 more governors. Reps = 29. Dems = 21. Reps won the legislatures from Dems in 2 more states.
The Supreme Court has the option of not allowing a state to certify and submit its electoral votes. It can rule that a state is ineligible because of Constitutional violations as in Pa and Mich. Ken Starr made the case as to how Pa violated the Constitution as a contract between the states. Ky is suing Pa for that violation. Or SCOTUS can rule that the votes can be counted with the violations subtracted from the total which would give both Mich and Pa to Trump. Alito is all over this. He is livid.
What happens if not enough states can certify their votes so that no candidate gets to 270? The election then goes to the House and each state is allowed one vote. One vote. Not the number of votes as per the Congressional seats for that state. But only one vote per state regardless of the size of the state. Read the Constitution. It is clear. This has precedence. It happened before. Today, Democrats have the majority of House seats in 23 states and Republicans have the majority in 27 states.

During the first presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, Chris Wallace of Fox News asked Biden if he would “pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified,” to which the former vice president answered, “yes.”
“Will you urge your supporters to stay calm while the vote is counted, and will you pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified?” asked Wallace of Biden at the first presidential debate in Cleveland, Ohio.
"And here’s the deal. We’ll count the ballots. As you pointed out, some of these ballots in some states can’t even be opened until Election Day, and if there’s thousands of ballots, it’s going to take time to do it,” added the former vice president.
Biden, however, has done nothing of the sort, as he has since carried on as if he is president-elect, promising that “we’re going to get right to work,” as he seemingly ignores the fact that the 2020 presidential election has not yet been independently certified.
The Washington Examiner reported: The polls were shockingly wrong at predicting what percentage of Americans support Joe Biden. “As this is written, Biden has 50% of the tabulated national popular vote, ... but Trump has 48%. So the current 1.9 percentage point Biden plurality is far lower than the poll’s 7.1 percentage point Biden plurality (Real Clear average of polls)... Polls were way outside of any margin of error.” It is obvious that the media polls were trying to affect voter sentiment rather than report on it. How many Trump votes did the media discourage or change with polls? How many votes were against Trump because of the media constant negative reporting about Trump?
