A federal judge excoriated Justice Department officials for their handling of potential criminal charges against former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, saying the continued uncertainty over the prosecution was unfair to McCabe and the public.
Judicial Watch filed a FOIA suit against the Justice Departmetn for communications of former top officials, including Andrew McCabe. "the DOJ and FBI are stonewalling. This is the worst corruption scandal in American history – the abusive targeting of President Trump by the Obama administration and the Deep State."
“The FBI has been slow rolling the release of Page-Strzok communications and is still hiding all their infamous text messages,” stated JW President Tom Fitton. Strzok and Page were key investigators in the Clinton email and Russia collusion investigations. Page worked for FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe,
