BERTRAND DAILY REPORT 11/12/2019 DRUG CARTELS WITHIN U.S.A.

BERTRAND DAILY REPORT The War For Your Mind and Soul Continues

Subject: U.S. Military Action in Mexico On-The-Table, Deep State Push-back Dangerous to Americans---Video

Friends and Associates:

China doesn't need to waste billions of dollars launching nukes on the U.S., destroying much of the businesses and property (already) owned by China, in-order to help the Democrat Communist Party take-down America with precision......

The best way for China to accomplish a full-blown Communist take-over is to (1) destroy the youth's mind in colleges, (2) taint America's food with cancer causing ingredients, (3) buy-up Hollywood and control media, (3) control Google, (4) destroy free speech, (5) militarily train Mexican Cartel, (6) provide Mexican Cartel with weapons and grenades, (7) provide Mexican Cartel with shipments of fentanyl killing millions of Americans.

The objective by any country that wants to destroy another country for it's resources, financial power, or to reduce that country's strategic capabilities is to destroy the political adversaries and social structure first, then advance with a solution for the same population they destroyed.

"The Mexican government announced the major fentanyl seizure of initially reported by local media outlets to be approximately 25.75 tons (23,368 kilograms or 51,517 pounds) of powdered fentanyl that originated in Shanghai China and was headed to Culiacán, Sinaloa, the home base for the Sinaloa Cartel." [August 2019]

Just as the TV series 'Jericho' was taken-down because of China's influence in the series, after a Civil War broke-out, followed by an attack by China with limited nukes, the town of Jericho Kansas was left in the dark for weeks. The town's population gleamed with joy as shipments of food and electric generators were dropped by parachutes from military cargo jets.

If I am not mistaken.....one of the last scenes before the series was cancelled, not because of it's popularity, but when the towns people went to retrieve the food shipments and generators, on the crates was the label: "From the people of China" or something to that effect. An excellent TV series, typical of psychological pre-programming.

Problem reaction Solution is a manipulation technique illuminati uses to:
1) shape public opinion about current events
2) condition desired attitudes about our future agendas

This technique works in the following way:
A) We create or invent a problem.
B) We want a desired reaction from the public (e.g., fear)
C) we offer our desired solution to the problem;
a solution that will always further our goals.
Forget ISIS rising in America, the Mexican Drug Cartels are in the United States, gaining territory and is the name of the game.

"The presence of Mexican drug cartels in U.S. cities is expanding. Mexican cartels have long had links to marijuana-growing farms in California, and are widening their reach into the Pacific Northwest and the Eastern United States. They also are involved in producing methamphetamines in the United States. The FBI has reported that the Mexican cartels deal only in wholesale distribution in the U.S. -- and farm out street sales to various U.S. gangs."

America is facing our own inevitable destruction if one or both political parties do not act soon.

Since both political parties are at odds with each other (constantly), the distraction in Washington D.C. with impeachment is dividing Americans more than any other time since the (first) Civil War ........but in the meanwhile the real enemy is maneuvering on both sides of the border, both in Mexico and inside the United States.

The Chinese Communists have ONE major problem (besides trade) with the U.S. and that problem is Taiwan. China wants Taiwan back and as that dilemma continues to be a thorn in China's backside, the U.S. military are currently training Taiwanese fighter pilots in southwest Arizona on a daily basis. My source is my communications receiver while living (here) in the middle of "Little Afghanistan" a.k.a. 'Goldwater Bombing Range.' (I've been to Taiwan over 200 hundred times as a pilot and I know the accent)

Training of Taiwanese air force pilots should be alarming as well as the recent massacre of 9 Mormon family members, forcing the entire compound of over 100 to pack-it-up and move back to the U.S.

We're edging closer to a major event.....

Media CONTINUES to spin the massacre as "mistaken identities" and "caught in the crossfire of a cartel war." NO.....Americans in Mexico will continue to be targets by the Cartel for the simple reason, Trump is cracking down and the Cartels are losing billions of dollars.

Absolute lies by the Communist Fakestream Media....knowing the Mormons in that area, 70 miles south of Arizona have been very outspoken against the Cartel for years. Their recent move....abandoning their lifestyle and homes, is likely because the U.S. State Department asked them to. Trump is expected to retaliate when the time is right.

According to Dave Hodges 'Commonsense Show,' recently stated....a high level contact within the Trump Administration told Hodges, there are plans in the works for U.S. military operations to attack known Mexican Cartel strongholds inside Mexico, of which the 'War Powers Act' allows for such an operation.
https://beforeitsnews.com/opinion-conservative/2019/11/major-white-house-announcement-you-are-hearing-it-here-first-great-dave-hodges-video-3494551.html

But here's the problem......

It's damn if he does and damn if Trump doesn't protect America from China's covert use of the Mexican Cartel.

The Mexican government CONTINUES to fold as Cartel bosses and their militants wage war across Mexico on a daily basis. 90% of the Mexican government, military, law enforcement and local governments are corrupt. Americans are at risk....the border is STILL not secure, dangerous drugs continue to flow into most every major city in America, and the Democrat Communist Party are conducting a 'Coup' against this president and against the United States.

It's NOT Russia hoping for our destruction....which the Democrats would like Americans to believe, but is actually China watching and waiting for their Communist counter-parts in Congress, the CIA, Google and Hollywood to help destroy America....opening the door for China to come-in and save the day.

In today's world, China "saves the day" when their agents in Congress and their puppet Democrat president reverse everything Trump has done and everyone walks away a billionaire i.e., V.P. Biden and his son after a trip to China on Air Force Two.

If Trump and his military advisers agree to begin launching strategic attacks on Cartel strongholds in Mexico, the southwest border will have to be fortified by additional (armed) U.S. military, ranches and towns along the border need to be well armed, and expect anything and everything to be happen.

Laredo Texas and Douglas Arizona are always having to deal with Cartel wars that overflow into the U.S. and often right through the Port-of-Entries with injured Cartel and civilians seeking help on the U.S. side.

You can ask ANY U.S. Border Patrol Agent if he or she has seen, or knows of Mexican military types crossing into the U.S., often providing security for drug operations. The answer is YES.....and I've intercepted the communications of such an event in Lukeville AZ around 2008. And as always...to avoid an international incident, the "write-off report" is always...."GPS problem."

"U.S. Northern Command said in a statement that "five to six Mexican military personnel questioned two U.S. Army soldiers who were conducting border support operations" [and were disarmed by the Mexican military]  this month. The U.S. soldiers were in an unmarked Customs and Border Protection [CBP] vehicle near the southwest border near Clint, Texas."

However, the time has arrived in that....President Trump has got to do something, if not soon, but when all intel has been gathered and known (exact) locations of Cartel strongholds.

America is in a war footing with elements that resemble the same tactics by Deep State / ISIS terrorists in the Middle East, but worse....because over 300 Americans die each day inside America from Fentanyl and Meth, originating from China and via the Mexican Drug Cartel into America.

President Trump will of course be discouraged from launching an attack because it's not politically correct and the fakestream media headlines would read: "Trump Attacks Friendly Mexico Killing Hundreds."

That's where we are as a country and is more reason to have (AR-15) weapons and plenty of ammo if you live along the southwest border, because......as the wall goes up, the Cartel will get more aggressive. They will attack within the U.S. and will kidnap and kill American tourists.

The Democrat Communist Party do not care about (OUR) safety, but are only focused on taking back power and then (OUR) weapons. VERY DANGEROUS......

Tracking Mexico's Cartels in 2019

VP of Tactical Analysis, Stratfor
A map shows the areas of influence for the major cartel groups in Mexico.
Editor's Note
Since 2006, Stratfor has produced an annual cartel report chronicling the dynamics of the organizations that make up the complex mosaic of organized crime in Mexico. When we began, the landscape was much simpler, with only a handful of major cartel groups. But as we noted in 2013, the long process of balkanization — or splintering — of the groups has made it difficult to analyze them the way we used to. Indeed, many of the organizations we had been tracking, such as the Gulf cartel, imploded and fragmented into several smaller, often competing factions. Because of this fracturing, we changed our analysis in 2013 to focus on the clusters of smaller groups that emanate from three main geographic areas: Sinaloa state, Tamaulipas state and the Tierra Caliente region.
Surprisingly little has changed over the past year in terms of cartel dynamics. Various leaders and lieutenants have been arrested or killed, and additional splintering has continued for some already fractured groups, but by and large, 2018 was characterized by a stasis in the conflict zones of the assorted factions. In the past, periods of stasis often entailed that cartel groups were staying within their areas of control and that violence would be lower. However, in the current period, large and bloody struggles are continuing unresolved, and cartel groups remain locked in nasty turf wars. This environment means that most of these clashes will rage on well into 2019.
This violence has been reflected in the murder statistics, as the homicide figure for 2018 hit 33,341 — far surpassing the 2017 tally of 29,168. While Mexico's homicide rate of about 27 per 100,000 people is higher than that of the United States (which is expected to come in at about 5 per 100,000 people for 2018), it is still considerably lower than the rates for other countries in the region, including El Salvador (about 82 per 100,000), Honduras (about 56 per 100,000) and Jamaica (about 47 per 100,000).
As for drug smuggling, synthetics such as methamphetamine and fentanyl continued to impact cartel dynamics heavily in 2018. The huge profits that can be reaped from manufacturing synthetic drugs dwarf those of traditional drugs. Trafficking cocaine has long been a lucrative criminal enterprise for Mexican criminals, but they must purchase the drug from Andean producers. By making methamphetamine themselves, however, they can reap the lion's share of the profits.
Opium poppies are another profitable criminal enterprise in Mexico, whose heroin now accounts for more than 90 percent of the U.S. market for the drug. However, raising poppies and processing opium gum into heroin costs more and takes longer than producing fentanyl. The synthetic opioid is more profitable than heroin, which explains why criminals have been passing fentanyl off as heroin. Record levels of poppy planting and the low cost of fentanyl have led to a collapse in the price of opium gum. With Colombian coca production also running at historically high levels, Mexican cartels are likely to continue to traffic a wide variety of drugs to meet U.S. and domestic demand.
But drug trafficking is not the only criminal activity that Mexico's organized crime cartels engage in. The fracturing of the formerly powerful cartels has led not only to a record number of murders but also to heavily armed cartel gunmen becoming involved in a host of other criminal enterprises, from kidnapping and extortion to the theft of cargo and fuel. It is no coincidence that the pilfering of cargo and fuel have reached historically high levels as balkanization blossomed over the past half-decade.

Tierra Caliente-Based Organized Crime

Last year's forecast highlighted the powerful Valencia smuggling family as the driving force behind the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generacion (CJNG). This fact has not been lost on the Mexican and U.S. governments or their allies, who have continued to target the family. Despite efforts to cripple the group by going after its finance and logistics apparatus (the Valencia family), the CJNG has shown no signs of running short on cash or suffering any disruption in its operations due to the arrests of high-ranking members. Indeed, it remains the most aggressive cartel in Mexico, and its efforts to expand its area of control are largely responsible for the persistent wave of violence racking Tijuana, Juarez, Guanajuato and Mexico City.
But the past year also revealed some emerging problems in the CJNG camp. Nueva Plaza, a splinter group of former members led by Carlos "El Cholo" Enrique Sanchez, has begun to contest the CJNG for control of Guadalajara. The violence has resulted in significant bloodshed, including the high-profile murders of three art students who were mistaken for cartel members.
Due to their aggressive nature, the CJNG and its leader, Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes (aka El Mencho), remain at the top of the priority target list for U.S. and Mexican authorities. However, the Mexican government will have to be careful what it wishes for. Past operations to decapitate cartels such as the Guadalajara cartel, the Gulf cartel, Los Zetas and La Familia Michoacana have led to fracturing and greater violence.

Sinaloa-Based Organized Crime

The Sinaloa cartel weathered 2018 in pretty good shape — especially considering that one of its senior leaders, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman Loera, has been on trial in a Manhattan court for more than two months. Guzman Loera did not plead guilty and cooperate with the U.S. government, meaning that he is likely to spend the rest of his life in an American prison with no hope of escape. The witnesses called to testify against him have shed a great deal of light upon the logistics of the cartel's drug trafficking.
While the trial continues in New York, the work of operating a multinational logistics and manufacturing business continues in Sinaloa. Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada and Guzman's sons, Ivan Archivaldo and Jesus Alfredo Guzman Salazar, who are often referred to as Los Chapitos, have fended off several internal challenges to assume control of the lucrative illegal corporation that is the Sinaloa cartel. They have also been able to hold their own against the incursions of the CJNG in places such as Tijuana and Juarez, and their successful resistance is in fact a big reason for the current stasis in the battle lines.
Both organizations have the resources to continue fighting for those cities through their local proxies for the foreseeable future. A significant crisis could weaken either and lead to victory for the other side. But until that happens, Tijuana and Juarez are likely to remain bloody.

Tamaulipas-Based Organized Crime

An array of Gulf cartel fragments is continuing to battle for primacy in Tamaulipas. Jose Alfredo Cardenas, aka The Accountant, has been able to consolidate control over the drug-smuggling corridor, known as a plaza, in Matamoros. He has also sent some of his forces to help his local ally in Reynosa, but they have been unable to take total control there. Despite heavy losses, including several leaders, the faction of Los Metros continues to oppose Cardenas. Some rumors hint that it is being kept alive through CJNG support, which would signal that group's entry into yet another struggle for control of a border plaza.
At Nuevo Laredo, the Cartel del Noreste (CDN) is the remnant of the Los Zetas cartel that controls that important crossing — the busiest point of entry along the border and the one that leads directly up the Interstate Highway 35 corridor. The CDN is led by Juan Gerardo Trevino Chavez, also known as El Huevo; he is a member of the old-school Trevino smuggling clan, which has a long history in Nuevo Laredo — and in the Los Zetas cartel. The CDN is locked in a vicious fight against another Los Zetas remnant, the Zetas Vieja Escuela (ZVE) — the Old School Zetas — that is playing out across the state, but particularly in Ciudad Victoria.
For 2019, it appears that there is little hope that Cardenas will be able to impose any sort of pax mafiosa over Tamaulipas state and the wider region. Even if he and his allies are able to finally take control of Reynosa in 2019, they will still face significant hurdles from other Gulf cartel and Los Zetas remnants in the region.

Implications

Cartel violence in Mexico has affected almost every part of the country, including areas that are considered generally safe, such as upscale neighborhoods and tourist resorts and zones. Indeed, many cartel leaders live in upscale homes or apartment buildings, and this increases the risk of violence being dragged into such areas when rivals target them for assassination or when authorities go to arrest them. Most of the violence has been cartel on cartel or government on cartel, but with the cartels using automatic weapons and military ordnance, such as grenades and anti-tank weapons, bystanders are at considerable risk of injury or death.
And as the cartel balkanization continues, so will their expansion into criminal activity unrelated to narcotics, such as extortion, kidnapping, and cargo and fuel theft. In light of these various risks, it is important for companies and organizations operating in Mexico to pay careful attention to shifts in cartel dynamics. Travelers and expatriates in Mexico should practice the appropriate level of situational awareness, even in areas considered to be generally safe. They should also be prepared to act if they are caught in a violent incident, and they should carry an emergency kit to treat themselves or others who may be injured.
