Dear Patriots,

Satanism is reaching into all levels of society, and now it is trying to enter into one of the country's most prestigious institutions.

A group of Satanists within the United States Naval Academy sent out a public announcement to their midshipmen, inviting everyone to attend a Satanic service! The Naval Academy affirmed that no such service would be allowed, and now the Satanists are trying to sue the institution.

According to reports:

"The U.S. Navy is blocking a satanic service planned by a member of The Satanic Temple (TST).

"Naval officials are claiming a naval officer who is a self-avowed satanist cannot conduct services at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The Navy asserts that the ceremonies, initially scheduled to take place every Thursday at 7 p.m., cannot happen because of the officer's ties to TST, an entity deemed a 'political organization' by the U.S. Navy.

"On October 8, the officer sent an email to members of his battalion announcing the ceremony promising discussions of 'satanic philosophy' and 'discussion of [the] literary history of Satan.'

"The officer claimed the intentions are to 'promote critical thinking and discussion on Satanic values as they pertain to our lives.'"

Shortly after the Naval Academy barring the Satanic group from practicing rituals on its campus, the Satanic Temple issued a statement claiming that it would sue the Academy if Satanists were not allowed to "hold services."

The battle cry of the devil was "I will not serve," while the Navy meant to represent "Service True."

Satan represents rebellion and disobedience, which are wholly contrary to the values of American soldiers, and a danger to the order of the military itself.

Please sign our petition, urging the U.S. Naval Academy to strand strong against the normalization of Satanism. Thank you

I remain,
Sincerely,
John Horvat
Vice-President, Tradition, Family and Property (TFP)
