Next Thursday, we are holding an online premiere of the Tea Party movie! The 100-minute film was selected for the Library of Congress when it was submitted for copyright in 2009. It had been sitting in a vault in Virginia, but we’re bringing it out of the vault!
The film follows the struggles of five grassroots individuals and their transformation from hometown rally goers and grassroots organizers to national activists in the September 12, 2009 Taxpayer March on Washington D.C. The film also reveals what is at the heart of this nationwide surge of civic engagement – a return to and respect for a “constitutionally limited government, personal responsibility and fiscal responsibility.”

Congress returns to D.C. next week, and we can expect Democratic members to push as many draconian gun control bills as they can to take the rights of law-abiding gun owners away. Red flag laws, universal background checks, “assault rifle” bans and high-capacity-magazine limits are expected to be the main topics. If Congress successfully passes any gun control to appease the crying left, what will stop them from going further until our rights are completely taken away? Tell Congress to vote “NO” on ANY bills that diminish our Second Amendment rights!
President Trump’s nominee Chairman Ajit Pai, now head of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), has been responsible for a lot of the much-needed reform at the once-rogue agency and his new agency should be a model for other big government agencies slowly recovering from Obama-era policies.
In her latest op-ed in Townhall, Jenny Beth Martin writes about the successful reform and deregulation in Pai’s agency, including a reversal of net neutrality.
“With his emphasis on deregulation, transparency, and innovation, Ajit Pai has become a thought leader in government reform that will propel our economy in the 21st century,” Jenny Beth wrote in her op-ed. It sounds like other government agencies should follow suit.
You know what drives us crazy? Deranged Democrats seem to protect their own, even when they’re in the wrong. Recently, Democratic socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez urged her followers to donate to help bail out 36 “activists” who were arrested for attacking attendees at a "straight pride" parade. Nine of the attackers were charged with assault and battery on a police officer, and five were charged with assault by means of a dangerous weapon or carrying a dangerous weapon, and dozens were charged for either disorderly conduct and/or resisting arrest. At the end of the day, the ones who are bigoted and violent are the 36 arrested, and Ocasio-Cortez is encouraging that violence.
Democrats are pouncing on the recent economic indicators insinuating a recession and using those indicators to blame President Trump and scare the average American consumer. Some Democrats are going as far as to “root” for a recession just to see President Trump fail....
