ADAM SCHIFF LETTER - "YOU MIGHT THINK IT'S OK"
Importance: High
Importance: High
Dear Patriot:
Throughout my 40 year professional career in local government as a lawyer and law enforcement officer, I have dedicated myself to expose public corruption in business, government and politics.
After listening to the rantings of Rep. Adam Schiff, Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, in response to Congressman Michael Conaway (R- 11thTx) demand for his resignation as Chair of the Committee, I have prepared a letter response to him. I refer to Mr. Schiff’s claims as “You Might Think It’s OK”, and brought to his attention another list of what else is not “OK”.
I hope you find this informative and that you will see fit to pass this on to others so that they may be fully informed about what is actually happening in our central government and why the main stream media distort the real facts.
It is my sincere hope that Attorney William Barr will proceed with a full scale criminal investigation against all those who are really culpable.

Dear Congressman Schiff:
This nation is in the throes of a constitutional crisis, but not because of U.S. Attorney General William Barr or the President of the United States. The actual constitutional crisis was, and is currently being, created by you, Representative Jerrold Nadler, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Charles Schumer, among others.
As a former pro-active Democrat in my native Baltimore working closely with, and for, Nancy Pelosi’s brother, Mayor Thomas J. D’Alesandro III, I am appalled by the acts of desperation of Party leaders in dealing with President Donald Trump, Mueller Report, and Attorney General William Barr.
But like my father before me, a former Baltimore Judge, I finally came to the realization that the Democrat Party leadership had been taken over by subversives, and those determined to change our republic and constitutionally founded government.
In a recent meeting of the House Intelligence Committee, as Chairman, you were brought to task by Congressman Michael Conaway (R- 11thTx) for willfully, knowingly and purposefully asserting publically that you had evidence of Russian collusion by members of the Trump administration. Yet, you refused to declare what evidence you have to your Intelligence Committee or the public, especially since Robert Mueller found no evidence of collusion or obstruction.
Such irresponsible declaration on your part amounts to an abuse of your position and authority as a Member of Congress. Your actions have now resulted in nine Republican members of the House Intelligence Committee demanding that you resign as Committee Chairman.
You responded to the demand for your resignation saying that your colleagues “may think it’s OK” that the Russians offered dirt on the Democratic candidate. You say this made it possible for Donald Trump to win the election in spite of Hillary Clinton’s corruptive practices of engaging in clearly criminal activities with her pay-for-play conspiracy to get rich, a shakedown of foreign heads of state for millions of dollars in tribute and destruction of classified documents.
Let me take a moment to give you a few situations “You Might Think Are OK”. We do not.
You might think it’s OK for President Obama to invoke executive privilege to prevent anyone from testifying in the fast and furious investigation that resulted in the life of a U.S. Border
officer; and a contempt of Congress charge against Attorney General Eric Holder for refusing to honor a subpoena – This is a true constitutional crisis.
You might think it’s OK for John Podesta’s brother to be paid $170,000 by a Russian Bank to get President Obama to cancel sanctions against the Russians; and for John Podesta to work with the Russian government and his company to get a $53 million loan in a Russian invested fund started by Vlademir Putin. Or for Bill Clinton to get money from the Russians for speaking engagements.
You might think it’s OK for former Vice President Joe Biden to use his official position and threats against Ukrainian officials investigating a conflict of interest related to his son Hunter’s business interests in the Ukraine. Just a couple of months after his son’s dishonorable discharge from the military for cocaine drug use, Joe Biden was actually lobbying to have his son’s company and his son to go free from Ukrainian prosecution.
You might think it’s OK for former President Obama to use the IRS, illegal wiretaps and FBI informant spies to get inside the Trump campaign in an attempt to undermine that campaign.
You might think it’s OK for you and Congressman Jerry Nadler to demand the redacted portions of the Muller Report in violation of Rule 6e of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure; and to force U.S. Attorney General Barr to violate the law through a threat of contempt of Congress, and the subordination of perjury of General Barr as a government witness and top government official.
You might think it’s OK for you to act as a shill for the Russians government by subpoenaing numerous Trump administration personnel in your attempt to cover up Hillary Clinton’s illegal sale of uranium to the Russians who funneled millions into the so-called Clinton Foundation, and her laundering of money for Fusion GPS to get a fake dossier on Donald Trump.
You might think it’s OK for President Obama to sit back and allow the Russians to interfere in an American election in 2016; or for him to use taxpayer’s dollars in an attempt the interfere with the Israeli election process.
You might think it’s OK for Susan Rice in the Obama administration to tell everyone to “stand down” on the Russian election interference information the administration had in 2016.
You might think it’s OK for James Comey to leak classified FBI information to the New York Times about alleged Trump obstruction in violation of the law and FBI protocols.
You might think it’s OK for Christopher Steele and the DNC to provide the FBI with a known fake dossier on Donald Trump - paid for by Hillary Clinton - that was used to get a FISA warrant and the appointment of a Special Prosecutor, the results of which you now know.
You might think it’s OK for Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch to secretly meet at an airport to quash the Hillary Clinton investigation of mishandling and destruction of classified documents,
resulting in FBI Director James Comey exonerating Hillary Clinton from prosecution as directed by AG Lorreta Lynch.
You might think it’s OK for John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Peter Strzok, former FBI attorney Lisa Page and other Democrats to be part of a “ Seven Days in May” scenario in an attempt to undermine a national political campaign; and thereafter to try to upset a legally constituted election for President of the United States.
You might think it’s OK for Nancy Pelosi to tell Democrat constituents about the core modus operandi of Democrats to mislead the American voters by using “wrap smearing” to promote lies and to give those lies creditability through the main stream media.
You might think all these are OK, but the American people do not. The American people will demonstrate to you, your mentor George Soros and the rest of the radical Socialists in the Democrat Party that they will not sit still for the subversion of our economy, our society, and our traditions. Hard working-God fearing Americans will resist every effort to take this nation into a “One World – Open Borders” government, society and economy.
Lastly, your so-called Constitutional Crisis is the biggest hoax and scam ever perpetrated on the American people. But, in the final analysis, truth, justice and the traditional American mores shall prevail.
Sincerely,
Paul J. Marino
