Subject: X22 Report Agrees, 5 More Days 'Reduction in Force' Letters Will Be Issued, Swamp Begins to Drain---Videos

The 'X22 Report' video below confirms (yesterday's report) concerning 'The Plan' and why president Trump is NOT expected to stop the 'shutdown' with only 5 days to go (Jan 21st 2019) when the [30] days of a 'shutdown' allows the president to begin issuing 'Reduction in Force' (RIF) letters to a select number of (swamp dwellers) that have and continue to interfere with Trump's political agenda(s) and/or draining tax payer dollars for unnecessary bureaucratic agencies, i.e., TSA, EPA, DOE, SES, BLM, IRS, etc.
'Reduction in Force' (RIF) is a means (after 30 days of a lay-off) by which those laid-off becomes a permanent situation with no call-back(s) required.
The emphasis is the fact, President Trump does NOT need Pelosi or Schumer to reach a deal on the $5.7 Billion Dollars for a 'Wall' .........but is giving the Dems (one last) chance to redeem themselves by putting 800,000 federal workers back to work, BUT only if the Dems agree on a 'Wall.' Not expected to happen, and the Dems immediately become the 'bad guys' the laid-off workers should blame. Time is running out !
It's my opinion and by others watching this play-out....Trump is NOT going to budge for the simple reason, this is an opportunity to remove less desirable federal workers (without discriminating) but to remove non-essential personnel [draining] the system. It is also my opinion, that Trump could move forward and abolish certain agencies totally, or at least reduce their effectiveness to a more controllable level.
Right now, the majority of the 800,000 on furlough from the government, were Hillary Clinton supporters and "Never Trump" instigators of whom were in high level positions to slow-down simple things like FOIA requests, or other documents requested by the White House or GOP, and were also capable of slowing down the President's agendas with needless red tape..to include alleged destruction of evidence needed to cause criminal action against certain officials.
Lois Lerner (IRS) is an example.......

The IRS is only one of many 'bloated' agencies that need to be reined-in under an 'R.I.F.' in 5 days....
"A new statement from the Office of Management and Budget provides cold comfort for federal bureaucrats worried that furloughs during the partial shutdown could become permanent layoffs, as long as Democrats refuse to give in and fund the border barrier."

The latest behind the scene happenings, according to FoxNews.... is the fact, there are criminal investigations underway with the top players of the FBI, most of them fired, but facing up to 10 years in prison for violating Title 18, Section 242, 'Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.'
Despite the many emails I receive stating, "nothing is happening and nothing will happen," is just not the case !
There's a lot happening and justice doesn't come, all wrapped-up in a nice package overnight, but is a tedious plan that requires testimonies, investigations, [on-going] intelligence gathering, and discoveries. The biggest part of these investigations is to first....go after the low hanging fruit on the tree and get those criminals to flip on each other, as it is alleged, many have so far.....
The treasonous criminals Trump is dealing with are legal experts, law enforcement heads, and political leaders at the highest levels of government. These are NOT your shady / careless criminals living down the street, but a force of criminals that did everything they could to destroy the president and the United States in a "Political Coup" like no other in the history of this country.
President Trump has the best of experts advising him on every move, and those experts are current and former Military Intelligence, etc a.k.a. the "White Hat Patriots" that for decades watched America slip into a Socialist / Communist regime. NSA is also continuing to monitor the criminals.... according to "Q" [We Have It All].
When it all 'goes-down' and arrests begin to happen, and the (possibility) the Federal Reserve is abolished, along with the IRS.....the chaos that will begin will be enormous and the Communist Left with begin the constant mantra that "America is under a dictatorship." Be ready for that narrative !
Note: Trump understands the IRS is nothing but a "Ponzi Scheme" for the Federal Reserve and the Central Bank System and NOT needed if there is no Federal Reserve. Tax income for government can be done solely through sales and services.
Yes...that's the extreme end of what could happen, but is the reason why 'Martial Law' is being discussed constantly.
However.....what (also) can happen, to reduce the chaos, is when certain high level types begin suiciding themselves as (predicted by Q) in-order to avoid the shame of sizing-up for an orange jumpsuit.
There is a 'Coup' against the president, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all Americans.....this is in-fact war.
