Subject: U.S. Border Controversy, Citizen Pilot Reporting Caravan Movements Forced to Land After Shot-At by Cartel, Injured but Safe ---Videos
Friends and Associates:
The report below is a citizen intelligence report reference the approaching caravans (by aircraft surveillance) that resulted with the pilot being shot at and forced down by Cartel near McAllen Texas two weeks ago. The pilot sustained non-life threatening injuries from being shot while flying his twin engine turbo-prop. He now has released his report. (Not reported by any news agency, except here)
In the meanwhile, it appears the Socialist State of California and their 9th Circuit Court are NOT having much progress with Trump's defiance and plans to force 'asylum seekers' to remain in Mexico (on a list) of which 40 to 100 are interviewed a day with 99% rejected. The 9th Circuit passed a bogus directive to allow ALL 'asylum seekers' entry.
The display of military force and razor wire on dilapidated old fencing along the border is enough of a deterrence, causing thousands of [refugees] to seek the offered Humanitarian (Mexican) Visas, allowing them to seek employment in Baja California (Mexico). Over 10,000 jobs are available and pay is approximately $74 a week.
Of the estimated 6,000 at the Tijuana / San Diego border, approximately 1,000 were capable of breaching the border and all 1,000 volunteered to deport. 'Catch and Return' is obviously the best strategy thus far...
President Trump has prevailed, but decided to keep a contingency military force at the border until after New Years.
For those of you in other countries, I have selected a four videos that will show (1) how the country of Gambia (Africa) are "forcing" their citizens to flee the country by flying to Ecuador (South America) and WALKING and hitching rides through Colombia and onto the infested FARC terrorist controlled regions that borders Colombia with Panama. A news crew followed a group of 20 through one of the most dangerous regions in that border area known as the Darien Gap.
Note: If immigrants didn't have diseases when leaving Gambia, or elsewhere... this is where disease thrives, including death....
An estimated "25,000 people from Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East transverse the Darien Gap each year," but because of Trump, the Panamanian Government are stepping-up to the plate to stop this.
The (2) video is an event I was involved with at the border one evening with the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC) in conjunction with 'imbedded' U.S. Border Patrol.....about 30 of us together, set-up a sophisticated trap zone with trip wire lights, ground sensors, and very sensitive long distance listening devices, including (our) 'eye in the sky' thermal imaging camera on a 25 ft pole. After approximately 4 hours into the night, we watched/heard a group of about 100 approach our area.
The video was filmed by me of one short segment, showing Mike V. assisting an illegal alien in medical distress.
Note: Washington D.C. (USBP) notified leaders of USBP (Tucson Sector) to NOT mention to any media the term "imbedded with the Minutemen." As 'Media Relations Director,' I was notified accordingly. The idea that USBP works together and relies on intel from citizen border watch groups is still a taboo subject in 2018.
The (3) video is a look at our current border and limited fences along the 1,953 miles between San Diego and Brownsville. You will hear both sides of the issue....
The last video (4) is a look at both sides of the border. On one side, thousands of MEN advancing towards the U.S. border while the U.S. Military mobilize on the U.S. side.

We Americans take border security seriously, and as a result of what Europe is experiencing....our border security concerns have tripled.
Contrary to what the 'Mockingbird' [Deep State] fakestream media report....the truth can only be found with those of us that know the truth.
The WALL must be built and will save many immigrant lives of those attempting our dangerous desert areas instead of (just) going to the front door.

BRIEFER’S COMMENTS: The following is the first overflight report in a couple of weeks. As you know, the pilot who accomplished these incredible first-hand sightings, and has provided valuable Intel with many details, was shot down over the Brownsville, Texas area two weeks ago.
Able to bring his crippled plane down for a safe landing, he was immediately taken to the hospital and underwent two surgeries on his leg having sustained two entry wounds of some significance. His plane likewise sustained damage requiring professional repairs along with a full safety inspection including flight.
Typical for a “having served in combat as a Ranger and Recon” what little pain remains responds to aspirin he reports; well, maybe something a tad stronger but not much. Both pilot and plane now recovered, the report below is the first overflight, and he and I acknowledge that some invaders have gone missing.
It appears incoming males as part of other caravans we have reported on have separated from the Tijuana contingency which is still significant in size and holding in Tijuana.
There are multiple reports of small groups making their way through the Border War in the San Diego area, but appear to be easily met by American Border Patrol. Of concern are invaders moving toward Arizona and Texas. We now hope to have additional overflight reports with special attention to the Texas and Arizona Border, and points south already identified as holding or camping areas for caravans. ~LJR

We performed an Over Flight over our Mexican Border this date at 1,000 ft Altitude Actual beginning @ Brownsville TX and dropped our altitude to 500 ft Actual North of Laredo to roughly 50 miles West of Nogales and, on our return trip roughly 25 - 35 miles South of the Border back to Brownsville. My Aircraft in Brownsville was not quite ready when we first arrived so, my Co-Pilot accompanied me in my (REDACTED). We observed multiple small groups of 10 to 30 Invaders scattered from Brownsville to McAllen TX. We observed a total of roughly 200 to 300 Invaders along this section.
From the Laredo area to Del Rio we observed 5 different small groups of 10 to 20 Invaders along this section, totaling roughly 150 to 200. Roughly 50 miles on either side of El Paso we observed slightly larger numbers of small groups 3 to 10 miles South of our Border. There were roughly a total of 800+ Invaders.
Beginning 50 miles East of Douglas AZ to Bisbee AZ, the numbers of small groups increased even more so, from 30 to 40 Invaders each totaling roughly 400+ Invaders. From 50+ miles on either side of Nogales, we observed a large contingency of small groups of 20 to 50 Invaders each totaling roughly 1,500+. We had to land in Nogales to refuel. Two Pilots I have known for many years spoke with me and advised the Invaders were planning to rush the Nogales and Douglas POE's but, did not know the time frame this was being planned for. The FBO Operator advised of his knowledge but, it was purely hearsay with nothing to back up his statements. At this point, we turned back East averaging a 25 to 35 mile distance South of our Border. South of Nogales AZ, we encountered two "Camp/Staging" areas with tents and tarp coverings consisting of approximately 800+/-. In the Bisbee to Douglas stretch, we as well saw one camp/staging area consisting of 400 to 500 Invaders.
From 50 miles of either side of El Paso, we observed multiple small groups of 10 to 15 each headed in a Northerly direction totaling roughly 300. In the Del Rio to Laredo stretch, we only viewed 4 small groups of 8 to 12 each again headed North mostly towards the Del Rio area, totaling roughly 50+. The last leg of our flight took us over the McAllen - Brownsville area (@ 1,000 ft. Altitude Actual) where we observed 4 small groups of 10 to 20 each appearing to be headed towards Brownsville. 2 of these groups were observed in the exact area I received gun fire from on my last Fly Over, totaling roughly 75 to 80.
