Subject: Flynn Case Can Be Used Against the Clintons, Two Tier Justice Out-The-Window
Friends and Associates:
A four star general with an impeccable career of patriotism for his country is now the number one hit for Mueller and his gang of anti-Trump haters.
Of course, Michael Flynn will not be sentenced to prison, but was used as bait to force the 'Russian Collusion' angle that has not yet provided Mueller with tangible evidence of collusion. Mueller's obscured use of enacting the 'Logan Act' against General Flynn is ridiculous since all presidential transition teams talk to foreign leaders....and of course, the Russians (were) concerned about the bogus sanctions placed-on Russia by Obama....days before Barry left office.
A transition team can't stop a country from asking the new incoming transition team matters of concern.
Mueller knows that, but trapped Flynn is a planned question / answer session and Flynn either left-out details, or couldn't remember, and whammo ! PERJURY !!
How can Trump's DoJ use Mueller's [predictable] actions against Flynn with the current investigations of Hillary, Obama, Lynch, Comey, et al in progress?
Mueller has a trove of statements and has shown a hypocritical bias against the Trump Administration, and when you combine Mueller's [authority] to be allowed to continue to the end....Whammo !
The entire Mueller investigation (IMO) will be used to indict / arrest [those] that are subject to the same laws Mueller is using....therefore, what can a Democrat led House say? The Dems support Mueller's investigation 100% and when the same inquiries to actions by those that were in-fact colluding with Russia with a fake dossier, approved illegally by the Obama FBI and DoJ to spy on Americans, including the help sought from the U.K. (MI6) and Australia's intelligence service, the same standards must be applied accordingly !
Mueller is (basically) digging a huge hole for Trump's DoJ advantage, in conjunction with U.S. Attorney Huber and IG Horowitz of which [could] be the basis for double stamping the upcoming indictments.

Don't be surprised if Mueller was (flipped) during his investigation, or before the Special Counsel began ...which Russian Collusion went-off the table long ago, but other avenues to build a case against Trump, might be in-fact a case against those under investigation by Huber.
The tactic (might have been) to keep the Deep State at-bay in-order for the Mueller investigation to proceed.
Think similar tactic the Dems used against Ivanka Trump using her private email server versus Hillary Clinton...except the difference being 100 (B.S.) emails versus 33,000 emails (many secret / confidential)destroyed by Hillary Clinton involving at least 5 known foreign countries that had access. Was that a test comparison tactic that failed? Or....will the Ivanka personal email server be the basis for exonerating Hillary Clinton?
But we also know the 33,000 emails were recovered.....[We Have The Servers] "Q"
Therefore.....for the Dems to use "impeachment" and other investigations against Trump as a double standard by suggesting the upcoming indictments and arrests of Hillary Clinton et al are "nothing but a political revenge tactic by Trump," the Mueller investigation, records, statements, and his conclusion(s) could be the basis for [revenge] action by Trump, but with teeth.
The Dems can't have it both ways......or I should say, sorry Hillary & Obama, ya'lls time is about up !

Pollak: Michael Flynn Sentencing Document Shows Collusion — Between Media, Deep State, and Obama Admin
Mueller’s sentencing document does not mention the fact that the information published in the Post was illegally leaked to the press by the intelligence services. And the reason that happened was that the outgoing Obama administration changed the rules on the sharing of classified surveillance among government agencies, weakening privacy protections, probably intending that such information be more difficult to keep secret, and easier to leak.
Moreover, someone in the Obama administration — we do not yet know who, though it had to be someone senior — “unmasked” Flynn’s name to make sure he was exposed.
So while we do not yet know Mueller’s next moves, what the Flynn sentencing document reinforces is the that the Russia collusion investigation was tainted from the start by a crime committed against Flynn himself — with the collusion of the media, the deep state, and Obama’s loyalists.
