The 14th Amendment argument is becoming heated as both sides argue the following section (passage) of the amendment.....Person subject to the jurisdiction of the United States

Fakestream Media are going as far as to call the president "ignorant" and on top-of-that, the GOP Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan says that Trump cannot violate the Constitution with an Executive Order to END "Birth Right" in the U.S.

I'm sure as hell no lawyer on Constitutional Law, but I DO AGREE with Trump's legal team, that an illegal alien is NOT "Subject to the Jurisdiction" because they are not a "Citizen" or a "Resident of the United States."

The argument will be over *515.330* "Any person within the United States" but relates to *515.329* "Person subject to the jurisdiction of the United States," and "Jurisdiction" can be interpreted in two or more ways...(1) within the 10 square miles of D.C. or (2) on Federal Lands or Federal Highway.

"Questions of jurisdiction are generally technical legal matters. The most important ones include which court will hear a given case and which law-enforcement agency can get involved. But although they may seem like mere technicalities, jurisdictional matters sometimes turn out to be all-important in the final outcome. Jurisdiction may depend on where you are (for example, in which state), on who you are (if you're a juvenile, for example, you may only be tried in juvenile court), and on what the subject is (for example, cases involving the estate left by someone who has died are dealt with in probate court)."

When the 14th Amendment was conceived, it was written for Black Slaves having children in America.....not for those that invade or illegally cross into America by deception.

It will be a controversial subject well past the midterms.....
