Judge Upholds Order to Close Haskell’s Late-Term Abortion Facility

Dayton, OH – Judge Mary Wiseman issues a decision Wednesday upholding an Ohio Department of Health order to revoke the Ambulatory Surgical Facility license of the Women’s Med Center, a late-term abortion facility owned by Martin Haskell located in the Dayton suburb of Kettering. Abortionist Robert Rho Finally Jailed after Conviction in Botched Abortion Death Queens, New York – On July 9, 2018, two years to the day after abortionist Robert Rho killed Jaime Lee Morales during a horrifically botched abortion, Rho surrendered into the custody of the Downstate Correctional Facility, a maximum security state prison in Fishkill, New York. Morales died on July 9, 2016, after Rho conducted a fatal second-trimester abortion on her at his now-shuttered Liberty Women’s Health Care in Flushing. During the abortion, which he attempted in one day instead of the recommended two days, he inflicted serious internal injuries, including a lacerated cervix, perforated uterus and nicked uterine artery. After Rho failed to control her hemorrhaging, he stitched her cervix closed to conceal the internal bleeding then released her. Morales succumbed to her injuries just hours later.
