As you are no doubt aware, radical leftists are now openly calling for direct intimidation and terroristic threats against your homes, families, and children. The far left is actively seeking to "dox" you and spread around your personal information, including your home addresses, to violent leftist groups such as Antifa, who are notorious for use of violence and threats of violence for political purposes. We regard this as terrorism, which is defined in current federal law as:
"the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives" (28 C.F.R. Section 0.85).
It is clear to us that the current leftists threats against you and your families meet that definition.
We consider it a simple matter of duty to defend you and yours against any attempts to use terroristic intimidation, threats, or violence that is aimed at preventing you from enforcing this nation's immigration laws, which are clearly constitutional and necessary.
We understand that without borders, there is no nation, which is why, in the Constitution, the Founding Fathers gave Congress the power to regulate immigration into this nation, and why that same Constitution charged each president with the duty to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed." As the Supreme Court just confirmed, that power, and that duty, is a core purpose of our Federal government. The radical leftists understand this too, which is precisely why they want our immigration laws to NOT be enforced.
Further, we also understand that enforcing our nation's borders and immigration laws is the 100% humane and moral position that helps the women and children who are now being abused, raped, sold into sex slavery, or even being killed by the drug cartels and their coyotes as they are illegally smuggled into this nation. The radical Marxists on the far left don't want this nation's immigration laws enforced at all, and therefore they turn a blind eye to the reality of the drug cartel and human trafficking "coyotes" widespread and well-documented, systemic sexual abuse of women and children, including gang rape, forced prostitution sex slavery and the horrific sex-trafficking of children, with children smuggled into the U.S. as "commodities" for the use of pedophiles in the U.S. and Canada. This must stop, and the best way to stop it is to seal our border and put an end to the cartel's human trafficking across it.
You need to know your families and homes are safe so you can do your job. Therefore, we will stand guard over your homes and families just as we successfully stood guard on the rooftops in Ferguson, Missouri and protected homes, families, and businesses against the Molotov cocktail throwing arsonist terrorists there; just as we stood watch over recruiting stations across the nation after the Chattanooga, TN terrorist attack on a recruiting center; and just as we successfully protected free speech events against Antifa attack across the nation last year (including twice in Berkeley, CA, as well as in Boston, MA, and in Portland, OR). We also successfully protected dozens of ACT for America Anti-Sharia March events across the nation, including protecting speakers who had received death threats. In addition, in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, we successfully protected a disaster-relief distribution center in Houston, TX, in a gang-infested area; we helped provide critical security against looters for the entire town of Mauriceville, TX, with armed Oath Keepers directly assisting local LEOs and the National Guard (which was unfortunately not permitted to be armed, in defiance of all logic); we also provided security escorts for teams of doctors, nurses, and medics after the hurricanes in Texas and Puerto Rico. After the horrific mass shooting at the Sutherland Springs Baptist Church in Texas this past November, the pastors of the church reached out to us to provide security for the church and the grieving families, which we were honored to do. |
