The Bertrand Report The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues
ED NOTE:
Have we been distracted from the invasion from the south with the estimated 500 to 1,000 Central American "refugees" about to seek asylum in the United States?
They're getting closer to the U.S. border and to help them, a media narrative has been established in-order to suggest, the caravan is falling apart.
Reading between the lines and thinking strategy.....it was likely the refugees would be instructed to break away from the caravan and proceed in small groups, but when that happened, it occurred in a bad area that caused the refugees to regroup after rapes, robbery and torn-up papers were reported.
The media is also focused on Tijuana as the entry point......
Mexico's Hwy 2 that runs parallel to the southwest border from Tijuana to Ciudad Juarez (El Paso) can expect a lot of activity when the refugees split again from the caravan. The intersection where this is likely to occur is at Santa Ana where hwy 15 intersects with hwy 2.
These refugees will be given a choice to either proceed north on hwy 15 to the area of Nogales where a sympathetic and pro-illegal immigration sheriff and his deputies (also) patrol the border, or a few other choice entry points east or west along hwy 2 where other known county sheriffs turn a blind eye.
ENTRY POINTS
San Diego, CA
Lukeville, AZ **
Yuma, AZ *
El Centro, CA**
Nogales, AZ
Douglas, AZ**
El Paso, TX
Presidio, TX**
Del Rio, TX
Eagle Pass, TX
Laredo, TX
Zapata, TX**
Rio Grande City, TX
McAllen, TX**
Brownsville, TX
* Extremely difficult entry point, well patrolled ** Very active drug trafficking
If there's in-fact other caravans, as previously surmised, they broke-off at Mexico City and are heading-up hwy 49 / 16 towards Presidio Texas and/or hwy 30 / 57 towards Del Rio Texas. Also hwy 85 towards Laredo Texas and multiple off-shoot highway routes towards southeast Texas.
Tohono O'Odham Nation reservation extending from Lukeville AZ to Sasabe, AZ can expect human trafficking, since the reservation is wide-open along the border and overlaps into Mexico. Native Americans on the reservation have a long history of assisting illegal aliens. Mexican Drug Cartel smugglers have been (in the past) assisted to the Lukeville entry point(s) by the Mexican Military and have even crossed into the U.S., but scrambled back to Mexico when U.S. Customs Border Protection helicopters were inbound.
One event, the Mexican Military got stuck in the mud and professed to U.S. Border Agents on the scene, they stated "they were lost." Never reported by media, only heard on my communications receiver while in the area of Sasabe around 2008. Border Patrol Agents (off the record) talk about their eye to eye, weapons pointed at each other, when Mexican Federalis' cross into the U.S.
The original caravan has departed Mexico City with anywhere from 500 to a 1,000, but that number is expected to grow as refugees pick-up many Mexican Nationals along the way. The split-off by smaller groups forming new caravans that might merge with other surmised caravans will eventually enter areas controlled by various Mexican Drug Cartel gangs along the border.
That encounter will be countered by humanitarian groups along the border that prepare the refugee for crossing, "where to cross, how to cross and what to watch out for." These groups attempt to keep the refugee separated from cartel intervention, of which the cartel require a crossing fee of at least $1,500 per person, or carry a 50lb backpack of drugs for their passage fee.
That's why Tijuana / San Diego is the preferred entry point for claiming asylum, but let us not be so naïve to think, that all of those in the caravan can easily gain asylum....many have other motives and intent and are the likely ones to break-off from the caravan at Santa Ana Mexico where hwy 15 meets hwy 2.
Media will focus on San Diego while U.S. Border Patrol and the National Guard can expect a high rate of attempted entries along the rest of the southwest border to Brownsville Texas.
How many will turn around because of the added National Guard? Most likely NONE.

Remnants of Migrant Caravan Move Toward US-Mexico Border
MEXICO CITY — The remnants of a migrant caravan of Central Americans that angered President Donald Trump were continuing their journey north through Mexico toward the U.S. border Wednesday.
Organizer Irineo Mujica, speaking from the western Mexico city of Guadalajara, said about 500 migrants had been riding trains north since departing Mexico City last weekend. The caravan that left the Guatemala-Mexico border in late March grew to more than 1,000 migrants who found safety travelling in numbers.
In Mexico City, Mujica had said the capital was the caravan's last official stop, but many of the migrants feared going solo on the dangerous final leg north and decided to keep travelling en masse. Some who had split off to press on alone reported back about kidnappings and having their papers for safe passage torn up.
"That caused the group to regroup," he said.
