The call for Volunteer Citizen Patrols to the border is beginning.
The 2nd Tier section along the southwest border where thousands of drug and human trafficking evade the 1st Tier (comprised of heavy U.S. Border Patrol assets and U.S. Military deployed last night April 4th, 2018) is very active from El Campo California to Brownsville, Texas. Once the drug smuggler and/or human trafficker transitions the 1st Tier, they feel a sense of relief until they are confronted by groups, i.e., Texas Border Volunteers, Arizona Border Recon or the California Minutemen. The short section of New Mexico has a strong contingency of USBP along Interstate 10.
Most ranches along the border are in the 2nd Tier and in the past, ranch owners welcomed Citizen Border Security activists to assist with security for their homes, while establishing a deterrence, but most important....Citizen Border Security volunteers are the "eyes and ears" for U.S. Border Patrol. Not much different than your local "Neighborhood Watch" except for the fact....dangerous encounters vary from group to group. Some are armed, carrying drugs, while others are family types and usually in distress. It is also a fact, "Other Than Mexican" (OTM's) are Middle Eastern, Chinese, African. and Central American, etc that cross with immigrant families as their cover.
Note: The fee for a Mexican immigrant to cross, paid to the drug cartel for a Coyote trafficker to escort a group across the border is approximately $1,500. If that cannot be paid, the immigrant is given a 50 or 60 lb backpack full of drugs, or is later driven into prostitution or slavery until the family pays. OTM's fee can range from $1,500 to $10,000. More than enough to pay an immigration lawyer in their country for legal access to the United States. Why not go the legal route? because they cannot pass a criminal background check, or a medical examination, or they are joining-up with bad elements inside the U.S., therefore the only option is to sneak into the United States.
On this night in southern Arizona (2006), myself and other Minutemen encountered this illegal alien in distress. This short video was filmed by me and was included in the "Southern Exposure" movie/documentary I helped produce. The "Open Border" Hispanic Groups response stated it was a "staged event" and that (WE) are heartless and "we kill immigrants." We will hear that same B.S. in coming months as Citizen Groups organize on the border. This illegal alien was one of the good types that cross. He was heading to Yuma where his brother owned a repair shop. This was his third trip into the United States. That same night (not in this video) we encountered a Coyote,' a self declared MS13 gang banger that spoke perfect English, stating he was a former Mexican Military Green Beret trained at the U.S. Army 'School of the America's' at Ft. Benning. We held him until USBP showed-up to arrest him.
Border ranches are again opening their doors to welcome Citizen Border Groups as a result of the push to invade the border by illegal aliens in-order to get into the country before the fence is built and to undermine the potential DACA legislation. Once inside the U.S., the illegal alien is provided access to the underworld of fake identification documents stolen from others and obviously the documents would show a lengthy time in the United States to justify DACA AMNESTY.
Even though the Mexican Government says they are "breaking-up the convoy" by giving them Mexican Visa's is a joke. The ultimate prize for every single alien is to get inside the U.S. before the fence is built and for a possible DACA deal.
Intel reports and Trump's comments suggests the main convoy being broke-up by the Mexican Government is the diversion while others in convoy, or in scattered groups, are approaching Texas and Arizona.
The military deterrence is effective and we saw that in 2006 when the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps repeatedly called for militarization of the border, including a fence. The American people spoke and the military took up positions along the border, but only 500 were deployed. The budget for the fence was approved, but the government under Bush did not finish the fence and is laughable as you will see in the videos below. Seven miles of fence and NOTHING at either end (Sasabe, AZ). In California, lapidated fencing to no fence and Texas....the Rio Grande River can be crossed within minutes.
U.S. Border Patrol tries to respond to all calls from Ranchers, Civilian Border Groups, and others. However, because of activity in another sector, it can take as much as 3 hours for a response, and of course, the group is well on it's way into the 3rd Tier and beyond to Phoenix and later Chicago, Atlanta, etc.
President Trump made a bold move to protect the border with the National Guard, despite the criticisms and fake media accusations that it is NOT legal under the Constitution, therefore...I ask ! What's the difference if the U.S. border was being compromised by ISIS? Is it NOT the duty of the president to secure our borders with the military? The National Guard are not there to shoot unless shot at, but will have the necessary equipment to Observe, Assess and Report.
The Civilian Border Watch groups also have similar equipment to detect and deter activity while being armed for self protection. I can emphatically say, U.S. Border Patrol agents welcome these groups as extra "eyes and ears" which makes their job easier, contrary to fakestream media reports. I know, I participated and met many agents that needed us then and more than ever now. I am happy to say, I personally effected the apprehension of at least 1,600 illegal aliens during my various times on the border.....1,600 of which would be in other areas of the country declaring themselves as DACA recipients...and/or MS13 thugs.

‘Rapid’ Border Deployment Expected as Nielsen Talks with Governors, Mexico
At the top of the daily White House briefing, Nielsen asserted that “smugglers themselves are gaming the system, pure and simple” and “take advantage of the loopholes in our laws,” including asylum claims and crossing the border as a family unit. “They know that we cannot prosecute as we need to to stop their behavior. And they know, in some cases, it takes many years for them to be removed.
This, in addition, creates a massive magnet for additional illegal immigration, TCO activity and criminal activity across our border,” she said. “…We will not allow illegal immigration levels to become the norm. More than 1,000 people a day, 300,000 a year, violating our sovereignty as a nation will never be acceptable to this president.”
Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray and Nielsen spoke Wednesday about Mexico’s concerns following Trump declaring that he was sending military to the border.
“Secretary Nielsen informed the Mexican government of the following aspects of the decision to deploy the National Guard to the border with our country: 1. The National Guard will only support the Department of Homeland Security. 2. The elements of the National Guard will not carry weapons or carry out immigration or customs control functions. 3. This is a deployment of the National Guard with characteristics comparable to those that took place in 2006, during the administration of President George W. Bush, with Operation Jump Start, and in 2010, during the administration of President Barack Obama, with Operation Phalanx,” the ministry said in a statement.
“In all communications on the subject, the government of Mexico has expressed to the United States government that, if the announced deployment of the National Guard resulted in a militarization of the border, it would seriously damage the bilateral relationship,” they added.
